سفارة دولة فلسطين لدى السنغال تحيي وتثمن عالياً موقف سيادة الرئيس السنغالي، باسيرو جوماي فاي، الذي ألقاه أمام المؤتمر الدولي الخاص بإقرار حل الدولتين في الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة، والذي أكد فيه على حق الشعب الفلسطيني في إقامة دولته المستقلة على ترابه الوطني. كما رحب بالقرار التاريخي الذي اتخذته بعض الدول بالاعتراف بدولة فلسطين، وأكد سيادته التزام السنغال بحل الدولتين ووجوب إنهاء الاحتلال الإسرائيلي والوقف الفوري للإبادة الجماعية التي ترتكبها قوات الاحتلال. وطالب بنشر بعثة مراقبة دولية في قطاع غزة
