الرئيس بشير جوماي في: القانون لا يسمح لرئيس الوزراء باغتصاب صلاحياتي..بل هو يعمل بشكل فعال في تنفيذ مشروع الحكومة
في ختام الدورة التاسعة والسبعين للجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة، تناول الرئيس السنغالي باسيرو جوماي فاي، خلال مقابلة مع قناة الجزيرة، عدة مواضيع رئيسية، من بينها الحكم والإصلاحات المؤسسية والوضع السياسي في السنغال، ولا سيما دور عثمان سونكو كرئيس للوزارء في إدارة البلاد.
وأكد مجددا أن النصوص لم تسمح لرئيس الوزراء بادعاء صلاحيات لا يملكها، مؤكدا على احترام المؤسسات السنغالية.
“أعتقد أنني لا أحتاج إلى التذكير بأن عثمان سونكو لم يكن مناسبًا لمنصب وزير أو رئيس وزراء. ومن الطبيعي تماماً أن يحتل مكانة مهمة في هيكلية الحكومة لكونه زعيماً لها».
قبل أن يتابع: “يجب أن يشغل مكانه كاملاً في تنفيذ مهامه. الأمر لا يتجاوز ذلك. القانون والدستور لا يسمحان له باغتصاب صلاحياتي، وهو لا يفعل ذلك.
“طالما أنه يشارك بشكل فعال في تنفيذ المشروع، فسوف ينال رضاي. وقال رئيس الدولة إنه يقوم بذلك بإخلاص والتزام.
