الشرطة السنغالية: غرامة عدم ارتداء الكمامة أضافت لخزينة الدولة 12652000 فرنك افريقي

بعد ان قررت وزارة الداخلية الزامية ارتداء الكمامات على كل المواطنين وفرضت غرامة مالية على كل من يخالف القرار تم اعتقال 9634 شخصًا في الفترة ما بين 7 و 13 أغسطس” في داكار وفي بعض المناطق الداخلية وذلك لخرقهم إجراءات ارتداء الأقنعة الإجبارية في الأماكن العامة لمكافحة انتشار Covid-19.
وكان هؤلاء المعتقلون لم يلتزموا ارتداء كمامة في الأسواق والمحال التجارية والنقل والخدمات الخاصة. 
وذكرت مديرية الأمن العام (Dsp) ، في مذكرة تحليلية نشرتها ان
عائدات الغرامات الثابتة بلغت نحو 12652000 فرنك أفريقي دخلت خزينة الدولة ،
ودعت الشرطة الستغالية السكان إلى المساهمة في “تقليل انتشار الوباء” من خلال مراقبة التباعد الاجتماعي وارتداء الأقنعة وتجنب التجمعات غير القانونية.
لم يحظ هذا الإجراء باحترام كبير حتى الآن في داكار ، حسبما لاحظت مديرية الشرطة الوطنية يوم الجمعة. إلا أن السلطات أعلنت التزامها بفرض ارتداء الكمامة في الأماكن العامة وأن أي انتهاك يعرض الجاني لعقوبات جنائية تتراوح بين الغرامات والسجن.
يوجد في السنغال رسميًا 11872 حالة إصابة بفيروس كورونا الجديد يوم الجمعة ، بما في ذلك 7615 حالة شُفي منها و 249 حالة وفاة و 4007 حالة لا تزال قيد العلاج.
