لقد عرفت الفقيد الأستاذ منصور ديم عند مقدمه من مصر ، وكان من أصغر إخوانه وزملائه الذين كانوا يلقون علينا الدروس التربوية في الدورات التي كان ينظمها المرحوم الحاج مصطفى انيانغ في المركز الثقافي الإسلامي فيصل بن عبد العزيز ، وكان الاخ منصور يتولى تقديم مادة علم النفس التربوي ، ومنه سمعنا لاول مرة بافلوف وجندوي وغيرهم ، وكان الطلبة معجبين بلغته وهندامه ونكته الظريفة التي كانت تخفف عنا جو الدراسة ، ثم شاء الله أن يجمعنا لتدريس اللغة العربية في مدرسة الفلاح بكلوبان ، وكنا ندرس معا النحو والادب ونتناوب في بعض الفصول ، ونغتم فرص الاستراحات الفراغات للتحدث عن قضايا الفكر، فاكتشفت منه اهتماما بالمكتبة الاسلامية المعاصرة ، فلا اكاد اذكر كاتبا إلا وقد قرأ له بل وحفظ مقتطفات من كتاباته ، فعزز ذلك ارتباطي به الى جانب دثامة اخلاقه واحترامه للعلماء وغيرته على اللغة العربية ، ولقد اخبرني يوما ونحن نتحدث عن اوضاع العربية و ما يجب علينا القيام به من الاهتمام بلغة القرآن الكريم وقال لي بانه وجه كل ابنائه وبناته الى تعلم القران ، وانه زوج بنته الكبرى برجل القران محمد انيانغ وكان لهذا الموقف دلالات متعددة عندي رحم الله الاخ والصديق الأستاذ منصور ديم وأسكنه فسيح جناته
