وزيرة الجيوش الفرنسية تزور النيجر في خضم التوتر بين باريس وباماكو.

بدأت وزيرة الجيوش الفرنسية فلورنس بارلي زيارة إلى النيجر، على جدول أعمالها بحث تطورات الانتشار العسكري الفرنسي في منطقة الساحل.
وأوضح بيان لوزارة الدفاع الفرنسية أن بارلي ستبحث كذلك مع رئيس النيجر محمد بازوم “المستجدات السياسية والأمنية الأخيرة في الساحل وغرب إفريقيا”.
وستؤكد وزيرة جيوش فرنسا لسلطات النيجر “دعم فرنسا الثابت في مواجهة الخطر” المرتبط بالجماعات المسلحة في المنطقة.
وتعقب زيارة الوزيرة الفرنسية إلى نيامي، زيارة كان قام بها وزير خارجية النيجر حسومي ماسودو إلى باريس في 27 يناير الماضي.
وتأتي الزيارة في خضم تصاعد التوتر بين فرنسا ومالي، خصوصا بعد إعلان باماكو طرد سفير باريس لديها احتجاجا على تصريحات لوزير الخارجية الفرنسي، وصف فيها المجلس العسكري الانتقالي ب”غير الشرعي”.
