مقال: مراحل تطور التعليم العربي الإسلامي في السنغال

يحتل التعليم العربي الإسلامي في السنغال مكانة عظيمة منذ فجر دخول الإسلام في المنطقة، وكان دخوله في السنغال مبكرا بحيث يرجعه جمهور المؤرخين إلى القرن الحادي عشر الميلادي حوالي عام 1050م -1053م، أو قبل ذلك.
والتعليم العربي الإسلامي قد رافق الإسلام من بداية مسيرته، لذا أثرا، أيما تأثير، على حياة السنغاليين الدينية والثقافية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية، والتواصلية ويتمثل أثر هذا الأخير في اندراج بعض الكلمات العربية في اللغات المحلية كالولوفية والفلانية وغيرها.
وقد تطور التعليم العربي الإسلامي في السنغال كثيرا عبر مراحل وفترات تاريخية، حيث كانت البدايات التعليم التقليدي والمجلسي في الكتاتيب والمساجد، مرورا بالتعليم النظامي الحديث الأهلي والرسمي في المدارس والمعاهد ثم التعليم العالي الرسمي والأهلي في الكليات والجامعات.
وتاريخ التعليم العربي الإسلامي في السنغال حسب الباحثين ينقسم إلى ثلاث مراحل :
1) التعليم العربي الإسلامي في السنغال بعد دخول الإسلام وقبل الاستعمار.
2) التعليم العربي الإسلامي في ظل الاستعمار الفرنسي.
3) التعليم العربي الإسلامي الحديث.
وهذا المقام الذي أنا بصدده ليس مقام بسط وخوض في هذه المراحل الثلاث، ولعلي أرجع إليها لاحقا لعرض ما تيسر لي فيها، وقد ذكرت جزءً منها في بحثي للتخرج، المقدمة في كلية علوم وتكنلوجيا التربية والتكوين ” المدرسة العليا” سابقا، بعد الرجوع إلى عدة مصادر محلية وعالمية.
ومن أبرز المدارس العربية الإسلامية في السنغال؛ ما يلي:
1- مدارس حركة الفلاح: وقد تأسست على يد الشيخ الحاج محمود باه رحمه الله، ابتداء من سنة 1/1/1942 كما ذكره الأستاذ عثمان باه في كتابه ” تاريخ حركة الفلاح” (ص:5)، بينما مهدي ساتي يؤكد على أن تأسيسها كانت بعد الحرب العالمية الثانية عام 1945م، في كتابه مؤسسات التعليم العربي والإسلامي في السنغال (ص:31).
2- مركز التعليم الإسلامي ابن تيمية: أسسه الأديب الشاعر الشيخ محمد أحمد جيي في مدينة كولاخ، وذلك سنة 1956م على التحقيق، وتوفي الشيخ المؤسس عام 2018م رحمه الله.
3- معاهد الدروس الإسلامية: فالمؤسس لهذه المعاهد هو الشيخ أحمد امباكي المشهور بغايندي فاطم وذلك حوالي سنة 1958م في جوربل.
4- معهد عبد الله انياس في كولاخ: كان التأسيس بيد الشيخ إبراهيم انياس الكولخي في حدود عام 1961م، رحمه الله.
5- مدارس مؤسسة منار الهدى الإسلامي: فمؤسسها هو الشيخ أحمد مبارك لوح رحمه الله، عام 1962م في مدينة لوغا.
6- مدارس مؤسسة الأزهر للتربية والتعليم: فالمؤسس لها هو الشيخ مرتضى امباكي رحمه الله، في طوبى عام 1975، ولها فروع في مختلف الأقاليم.
7- مدارس جماعة عباد الرحمن: نشأت جماعة عباد الرحمن بعد مؤتمرها التأسيسي عام 1978م في مدينة تياس، بعد انفصالها عن ” جمعية الاتحاد الثقافي الإسلامي” التي كانت برئاسة شيخ توري صاحب مجلة دراسات إسلامية، فقد أسست الجماعة مدارس عربية فرنسية في مختلف الأقاليم.
8- المعهد العالي بلوغا: أسس المعهد عام 1987م، وهو تحت إشراف وزارة الشؤون الإسلامية بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
وهناك مدارس أخرى كثيرة على المنوال نفسه؛ أسست فيما بعد مثل: جمعية الاتحاد للدفاع عن مبادئ الإسلام (مدارس الشيخ زايد آل نهيان) للشيخ موسى خجتي في دكار.
وهذه التي تم ذكرها سابقا كلها تندرج تحت نظام المدرسة العربية الإسلامية.
ثم جاء دور المدارس العربية الإسلامية المزدوجة التي تجمع بين دراسة العربية والمواد الإسلامية مع مواد اللغة الفرنسية (المقررات الرسمية)
ومن هذه المدارس النموذجية التي تجمع بين الأصالة والمعاصرة:
1) مدراس دار الإيمان: أسسها الشيخ الدكتور محمد حبيب الله سي في دكار، حوالي عام 1997م.
2) مدارس دار الحكمة: أسسها السيد عبد الله لوم، عام 2005م.
وغيرها من المدارس العربية الفرنسية الخاصة، ناهيك عن المدارس العربية العامة، التي ظهرت في المشهد التربوي بقوة بعد العام 2002م بمبادرة من رئيس السنغال السابق السيد عبد الله واد.
إن التعليم العربي الإسلامي في السنغال قد تطور بصفة مفرحة من حيث الجملة، بالمقارنة بين المراحل المذكورة أعلاه، وذلك في جميع المراحل الدراسية؛ من مرحلة الروضة إلى المرحلة الجامعية.
فقد كان حاملو الشهادات الثانوية العربية الإسلامية يواجهون مشكلات جمة بعد التخرج، فكانت قلة قليلة منهم يجدون منحا دراسية من الدول العربية كجمهورية مصر العربية، والمملكة العربية السعودية، وجمهورية السودان، والمملكة المغربية وكانت هذه الدول الأربع أكثر الدول تقديما للمنحة الدراسية للطلبة السنغاليين المستعربين، ثم الكويت وجمهورية الجزائر وتونس والجماهير الليبية، مع وجود عدم استقرار سياسي لهذا الأخير مما أدى إلى تقليل المنح فيها.
وكانت الغالبية العظمى من خريجي الثانويات لا يجدون أي منفذ لمواصلة دراساتهم الجامعية، فكانوا يدخلون في مجال التدريس، ولم تكن تلك الشهادات الثانوية، كما هو معلوم، معترفة آنذاك لدى الحكومة السنغالية، (وفي السنة 2013م تم توحيد المناهج والشهادات، وإصدار شهادة ثانوية وطنية معترف بها)، فأكثرهم كان يلجأ إلى التدريس في المدارس الأهلية حبا للمهنة أو من باب (مكره أخاك لا بطل )، وكانت نسبة ضئيلة جدا منهم يجد الحظ للتدريس في المدارس العمومية، في المرحلة الابتدائية، ثم التدريس في المرحلة الإعدادية فالثانوية مع خريجي الكليات والجامعات العربية، وتحسن الوضع الآن إلى المرحلة الجامعية، ولله الحمد.
ومن المعلوم أن مستوى التعليم العربي الإسلامي الأهلي الحديث في دولة السنغال كان موقوفا على الشهادة الثانوية فقط، ومكث هذا الأمر مدة طويلة حتى بدأ المعنيون به يتساءلون: متى يتم عبور هذه المرحلة؟
وفي بداية عام 2000م بدأت الساحة التعليمية في السنغال تشهد افتتاح كليات عربية إسلامية، وظهور هذه الكليات كانت بداية خير، ولم تكن هناك مشكلة التزويد بل العكس، فقد لقيت تلك المؤسسات مشكلة في تغطية جميع الطلبات المتقدمة إليها.
وعلى الرغم من انتشار التعليم العربي الإسلامي في السنغال، وتحسن كثير من الأوضاع في هذا المجال، ووجوده الفعال والاهتمام به، والرغبة القوية لدى أبناء البلد في الإقبال عليه؛ فالملاحظ هو أن واقع التعليم العربي الإسلامي لا يزال بحاجة إلى الاعتناء الخاص واعتبار أكثر لدى السلطات الرسمية.
نعم هناك تحسن كبير؛ لكون القسم اللغة العربية في جامعة دكار يستقبل بعضا من حاملي الشهادات الثانوية للمدارس الفرنسية، والعربية الفرنسية العمومية، والمدارس العربية الإسلامية، والبعض الآخرون يوزعون في الجامعات الأخرى كغاستون برجي وبعض المعاهد العلمية التي قد لا تتناسب مع مسارهم الأكاديمي.

والكليات العربية الإسلامية الموجودة في الساحة الآن، والتي افتتحت في بدايات 2000م كما أسلفت، قد قامت بدور كبير في تخفيف معاناة الإخوة المستعربين؛ وذلك باستيعابها أعدادا لا بأس بها من خريجي الثانويات؛ وإن كانت لا تكفي.
وهذا فصل آخر يمكن للباحثين الإدلاء فيه، وهو واقع التعليم العربي العالي في السنغال.
وأشهر هذه الكليات حسب ترتيب التأسيس:
1) كلية بير: هي فرع كلية الدعوة الإسلامية بليبيا، أسست عام 2000-2001م.
2) الكلية الإفريقية للدراسات الإسلامية في السنغال: أنشئت سنة 2002م في برسيل وحدة 15 على يد الأستاذ الدكتور محمد أحمد لوح، وهو عميدها .
3) كلية الإعمار للغة العربية والدراسات الإسلامية: وهي تقع في دكار: تياروي أزير، وكان التأسيس عام 2009م-2010م، وهي تابعة لحركة الفلاح.
ولعل بحثا خاصا يفرد في دراسة تلك الكليات.
وهناك جهود نسوية مثمرة في مجال تأسيس مدارس عربية إسلامية قد تفرد في مقال على حدة .
عموما، لقد ساهمت المدارس والكليات العربية الإسلامية الحديثة وقبلها الكتاتيب والمجالس العلمية في رفع مستوى اللغة العربية والتربية الإسلامية في البلاد، خصوصا بعد ما أدخلت تجديدات عديدة في المناهج والمقررات.
