العمل الخيري الإنساني له مكانة معروفة في تعاليم ديننا الإسلامي ، حث عليه المولى عز وجل في كتابه وأكد عليه النبي الأكرم سيدنا محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم لذلك يتسابق المحسنون وأهل الخير في العالم الإسلامي عبر المنظمات الإنسانية الخيرية إلى تقديم المساعدات للمحتاجين ، وإرسال قوافل طبية لمعالجة المرضى والتخفيف عن معاناتهم ،
وقد زار رئيس جمعية إيثار الخيرية الموريتانية السيد محمد يسلم ولد عبد الله السنغال هذه الأيام فاغتنمت صحيفة “رفي دكار ” هذه الفرصة لإجراء الخوالي التالي معه بغية تسليط الضوء على أهداف الجمعية وانجازاتها ومحاور اهتماماتها :

إسمي محمد يسلم ولد عبد الله، ولدت من أسرة محافظة ولاية تكانت عام 1975، تلقيت تعليما محضريا “تعليم تقليدي”، درست في محضرة “عين الخشبة على الشيخ أحمد فال ولد أحمدنا، وفي محضرة التيسير على الشيخ محمد الحسن ولد أحمد الخديم، حصلت على إيجازة في رواية نافع.
التحقت بالتعليم النظامي في عام 2012 وحصلت على الباكلوريا في العلوم الشرعية، وتابعت دراستي في المعهد العالي للدراسات والبحوث الإسلامية، ونلت شهادت الماستر في علوم الشريعة من جامعة العيون الإسلامية، وأنا الآن في سنتي الثانية من سلك الدكتوراه في جامعة محمد الخامس المغربية.
وأنا رجل أعمال ومستثمر في دولة أنجولا، ونائب سابق في البرلمان الموريتاني.

جمعية إيثار هي جمعية خيرية، يمكن أن نقول أنها أتت صدفة، لأني لم أفكر يوما في ممارسة العمل الخيري بصفة نظامية، فبطباعة الحال كمسلمين نعمل الخير بطريقة أو أخرى.
كنت في يوم من الأيام في إجازة بموريتانيا، وطلب مني أحد الزملاء أن أزور مستشفى لان زيارة المريض فيها أجر، ونعلم أن النبي صل عليه وسلم روى في الحديث القدس عن ربه تعالى قوله مرضت فلم تزرني، فزرة هذ المستشفى بهدف الزيارة وتقديم بعض المبالغ المالية، وعندما رأيت وجوه المرضى، فاكتشفت أنهم من الطبقات المسحوقة والفقيرة في موريتانيا، تأثرت كثيرا وأكثر شيء أثر في أنني كنت أعالج أختي من هذ المرض ولم أزر من قبل هذ المستشفى، لأنها كانت تتعالج في بلجيكا.
وإن كنت أنا وأمثالي قادرون على معالجة أهلنا في الخارج، فما بال الضعاف الذين لا يقدرون على الذهاب حتى إلى اقرب الدول المجاورة كدولة السنغال الشقيقة، ومن هنا بدئت مبادرة وتبرعت شخصيا بخمسة ملايين أوقية، وطلبت من زملائي رجال الأعمال أن يتنافسوا كل حسب وسعه، وبعد ذلك اتصلت بالعلماء واتفقوا على تثمين المبادرة، ومن بينهم الشيخ محمد الحسن ولدأحمد الخديم، والشيخ محمد الحسن ولد الددو، والشيخ أباه ولد عبد الله، والعلامة محمد المختار ولد أمبالة الذي ترأس مجلس إدارة الجمعية لاحقا، وولد حبيب الرحمن مفتي الجمهورية، كلهم ثمن المبادرة كتابة، وبعدها رخصت جمعية إيثار في 20 سبتمبر 2021، وبدأت تزاول عملها.

منذ ذالك الحين والجمعية لها مكتب في مركز

الإنكلوجيا، يساعد المرضى يوميا، ويقدم لهم خدم وجميع متطلباتهم.

لدينا ثلاث سيارات من نوع تويوتا أفنسيس، وباص لنقل المرضى مجانا إلى المستشفى.
من خلال هذ المكتب ننفق شهريا نحو ثلاثين مليون فرنك إفريقي، على المرضى.
الأكثرية ممن نتكفل بعلاجهم موريتانيون، ونتكفل بمرضى من دولة مالي وغينيا بيساو، ونسعى لأن نكون ملجئا للضعفاء الذين يعانون من هذ المرض، الذي نسأل الله تعالى أن يعافينا وإياكم.
خلال عامين من عمر الجمعية، تم شراء أرض في منطقة المطار القديم “في العاصمة نواكشوط”، في حدود 350 مليون فرنك إفريقي، بودأت عليها بناء مستشفى وهو الآن طور البناء، وشارف على الانتهاء.
هذه هي الصورة المختصرة عن جمعية إيثار، والتي مثلت موريتانيا في مؤتمرات دولية، مثل مؤتمر عقد في جنيف بمشاركة 2000 جمعية من مختلف دول العالم، وشاركت في مؤتمر عقد في الجزائر عن مكافحة السرطان، وفي مؤتمر في الأردن.

ماهي التطلعات والمشاريع المستقبلية لجمعية الايثار؟

نحن نتطلع لأن نكون ملجأ للمرضى الضعاف والمرضى بصفة عامة، ومن يعانون من هذا المرض على مستوى غرب إفريقيا، والقارة كلها إن شاء الله kتعالى.
ونطمع لبناء هذا المستشفى، مع فروع تابعة له في دول الجوار، خلال العشرية القادمة إن شاء الله.

مواردنا أساسا من داخل موريتانيا، وهي مساعدات من رجال الأعمال، وأبناء الوطن الخيرين، والجالية الموريتانية في الخارج.

في رحلة إلى إفريقيا لجمع التبرعات لبناء المستشفى، زرت أنجولا وجمعت تبرعات من الجالية، وأفراد أبناء الجالية المسلمة هناك، في حدود 150 مليون من السيفا، وفي الكونغو جمعنا 130 مليون، وفي الغابون في حدود 127 مليون، وفي ساحل العاج 90 مليون، ونحن الآن في السنغال لجمع هذه التبرعات والاتصال بأهل الخير من أبناء وطننا الثاني السنغال.
