السنغال-موريتانيا تسعيان لمعالجة التأخير في بناء جسر روسو
قررت السنغال وموريتانيا “إزالة الاختناقات” التي تسببت في تأخير بناء جسر روسو على الحدود بين البلدين، حسبما علمنا يوم الأربعاء من الحكومة السنغالية .
ويشير البيان الصحفي الصادر عن مجلس وزراء السنغال يوم الأربعاء 24 أبريل إلى “التأخير الملحوظ في أعمال تنفيذ جسر روسو”.
خلال الزيارة التي قام بها الرئيس السنغالي باسيرو جوماي فاي إلى موريتانيا الأسبوع الماضي، “تم دعوة كل طرف لإزالة الاختناقات” التي كانت السبب وراء هذا التأخير، حسبما أفاد وزير التدريب المهني والمتحدث الرسمي باسم الحكومة، أمادو مصطفى. نجيك سار .
ويبلغ طول جسر روسو 1461 مترًا، وعرضه 55 مترًا، وتبلغ تكلفته 54 مليار فرنك أفريقي. ويساهم بنك التنمية الأفريقي في تمويله. ويتم تنفيذ العمل من قبل شركة صينية.
وأضاف البيان الصحفي الصادر عن مجلس الوزراء أن قادة البلدين ناقشوا “ضرورة تشكيل كتلة موحدة في مواجهة المشغل BP، حتى لا يخيب توقعات السكان”.
