وصل الإعلامي والأديب الأستاذ فاضل غي أمس إلى العاصمة الموريتانية ” انواكشوط ” للمشاركة بورقة علمية في الندوة الإقليمية التي تنظمها رابطة العالم الإسلامي حول وثيقة مكة المكرمة في نسختها الثالثة ،
ويتناول الأستاذ “غي ” في ورقته الجانب الحقوقي في الوثيقة التي تعتبر امتدادا لوثيقة المدينة المنورة التي جعلها الرسول الأكرم سيدنا محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم دستورا وأساسا للدولة الإسلامية في المدينة المنورة
