لقاء في القصر: بشير جوماي فاي يناقش مع رئيسة المجلس الدستوري مسار إصلاح العدالة

استقبل رئيس الجمهورية بشير جوماي فاي، صباح اليوم بالقصر الرئاسي، رئيسة المجلس الدستوري في جلسة عمل خُصّصت لبحث وضعية المؤسسة وتقييم أدائها في المرحلة الحالية. وقد استعرض الطرفان أبرز التحديات التي تواجه القضاء الدستوري، إلى جانب الآليات الممكنة لتعزيز استقلاليته وترسيخ دوره في حماية النظام الديمقراطي.

وخلال اللقاء، جدد باسيرو جوماي فاي تأكيده على التزامه الراسخ بإقامة عدالة دستورية شفافة ومحايدة، تكون في مستوى تطلعات الشعب السنغالي. وشدد على أن المجلس الدستوري يجب أن يظل ركيزة أساسية في ضمان الاستقرار المؤسسي وترسيخ ثقافة الثقة بين الدولة والمواطنين.

كما بحث الطرفان الإصلاحات المنتظرة، خصوصاً تلك المتعلقة بتحديث أدوات العمل، وتوضيح بعض المساطر، وتعزيز الانفتاح على الفاعلين المعنيين بالحياة العامة. ويرى الرئيس أن هذه الإصلاحات ضرورية لترسيخ دولة القانون وتنقية البيئة المؤسساتية.

واختُتم اللقاء بتوجيهات من بشير جوماي فاي لمتابعة هذا المسار الإصلاحي بوتيرة ثابتة، بما يضمن تهيئة أرضية مؤسسية قوية تدعم المسار الديمقراطي وتُحصّن البلاد أمام أي تهديدات تمس استقرارها القانوني والسياسي
