اهتمت الصحف اليومية على نطاق واسع بموضوع رفض بعض اعضاء المعارضة المشاركة في انتخابات أعضاء المجلس الأعلى للجماعات الاقليمية المقرر إجراؤها في سبتمبر المقبل.
حتى أن ائتلافي المعارضة الرئيسيين ، Yewwi Askan Wi (YAW) و Wallu Senegal ، يدعوان إلى إلغاء المجلس الأعلى للجماعات الاقليمية HCCT والمجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والبيئي (CESE) ، وفقًا للعديد من الصحف
وكتبت صحيفة Vox Populi أن “الظروف المعيشية الصعبة للسنغاليين كانت الدافع وراء قرار قادة تحالف Yewwi-Wallu بعدم المشاركة في انتخاب أعضاء المجلس الأعلى للجماعات الإقليمية”.
“بالإضافة إلى الجانب المكلف للميزانية ، فإن هذه المؤسسات (HCCT و CESE) لا تساهم بأي شيء في الهيكل المؤسسي للسنغال. في الواقع ، إنهم يخدمون فقط لإيواء طاقم سياسي يمقته الناس ، “تضيف نفس الصحيفة ، نقلاً عن Gëm Sa Bopp ، الحركة السياسية التي يقودها Bougane Guèye Dany.

“إنهم يضحكون بصوت عالٍ على عملي” .
وتضيف صحيفة تريبيون”:
“إذا كانت الميزانية الإجمالية لهذه المؤسسات (HCCT و CESE) هي عدة مليارات من فرنكات CFA ، فإن كفاءتها تمثل مشكلة”.
صخيفة “سود كوتيديان” اشترت إلى إن “المجلس التشريعي الرابع عشر هو في خطر!”
واضافت:”لا يجوز لأعضاء الهيئة التشريعية الرابعة عشرة إكمال فترة ولايتهم البالغة خمس سنوات. مع إجراء الانتخابات الرئاسية في فبراير 2024 ،
واكدت الصحيفة ، أن السعي لتحقيق أغلبية برلمانية قد يقود خليفة “ماكي سال” إلى حل الجمعية الوطنية بعد تاريخ 31 يوليو 2024.
واشارا إلى أنه لا يمكن حل المؤسسة البرلمانية خلال العامين الأولين من الهيئة التشريعية الحالية.
ونقلت صحيفة Le Quotidien. عن الشيخ تيجان يوم ، أحد قادة Yewwi Askan Wi قوله أنه “في عام 2024 ، عندما نفوز في الانتخابات الرئاسية ، سنقوم بحل الجمعية الوطنية”.
صحيفة L’As أعلنت عن اكتشاف فيروس في الصين “سينتقل من الحيوانات إلى البشر وسيقدم خصائص مشتركة مع فيروس كورونا”.
وقالت الصحيفة إن 35 شخصًا أصيبوا بالفعل بالفيروس الجديد.
صحيفة “لو سولي” تشعر بالقلق من “خطر الموت فوق رؤوسنا” ، أي “عودة انهيار الألواح” داخل المنازل.
وقالت الصحيفة إن موسم الامطار عامل قوي لهذا الشكل من الحوادث.
وذكرت الصحيفة أن د خدمات التفتيش العامة للمباني حددت 1446 مبنى في خطر الانهيار في السنغال ، بما في ذلك 627 في منطقة داكار وحدها ،
