بوغان غي يُحذر: “حياة السنغاليين أصبحت لا تُطاق… وعلى الحكومة أن تتحرك فورًا!”

في بيان شديد اللهجة، شنّ بوغان غي، زعيم حركة “غيوم سا بوب”, هجومًا مباشرًا على الثنائي الحاكم جوماي -سونكو، متهمًا إياهما بـ”التفرج على الانهيار” في وقت يعيش فيه السنغاليون واحدة من أسوأ الأزمات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية في تاريخ البلاد.

وقال بوغان غي إن خطاب الرئيس جوماي فاي الأخير، والذي تحدث فيه عن “غياب هوامش ميزانية”، كشف حجم الكارثة المالية التي تغرق فيها البلاد. وأضاف: “السنغاليون يختنقون يوميًا في ظل انهيار القدرة الشرائية، بطالة شابة كارثية، وغياب أي أفق اقتصادي حقيقي”.

وخصّ المسؤول الأول عن الاقتصاد، الدكتور عبد الرحمن صار، بانتقاد حاد، معتبرًا أنه “أصبح صامتًا في وقت يُنتظر منه أن يقود خطة إنقاذ وطني”.

القطاعات الحيوية – كالصيد، السياحة، الزراعة، البناء، والإعلام – تمرّ بحالة شلل أو تراجع حاد، بينما تقترب “تباسكي” القادمة كاختبار قاسٍ لمستوى الفقر والانهيار الاجتماعي. ويُحذر بوغان من أن “خيبة الأمل الكبيرة في التغيير قد تنقلب إلى انفجار اجتماعي لا يمكن السيطرة عليه”.

ودعا غي إلى حوار اجتماعي وطني شامل يتجاوز الطبقة السياسية، ويشمل النقابات، والمقاولات الصغيرة، والقطاع غير المهيكل، لإبرام “ميثاق وطني للإنعاش”. كما طالب بإجراءات فورية أبرزها تسديد ديون الدولة للمتعاملين، وتسهيل الاستثمار، وإعلان مؤشرات اقتصادية شفافة شهرية أمام الرأي العام.

وختم بوغان بيانه برسالة صارمة:

“لا يكفي أن نرعد، يجب أن نتحرك. مصير السنغال الاقتصادي يُحسم الآن… والشعب يراقب”.
