يترقب السنغاليون الكشف عن النتائج الأولية للانتخابات التشريعية، التي أجريت يوم الأحد الماضي، فيما أعلن معسكرا الموالاة والمعارضة فوز كل واحد منهما بأغلبية مقاعد الجمعية الوطنية (83 نائبًا)، وهو ما فتح جدلًا واسعًا في الصحافة المحلية في انتظار إعلان النتائج الأولية.
اللجنة الوطنية المسؤولة عن إحصاء أصوات الناخبين (CNRV)، أعلنت أنها ستعقد مؤتمرًا صحفيًا مساء الأربعاء لكشف النتائج الأولية، قبل أن تؤجله حتى مساء اليوم الخميس.
في غضون ذلك توقعت مصادر خاصة أن النتائج الأولية ستكون جاهزة قبل يوم الجمعة.
وتشير النتائج الجزئية التي أفرج عنها حتى الآن، إلى تقدم ملحوظ لتحالف المعارضة بقيادة ائتلاف “يوي آسكان وي ووالو سنغال”، في بعض المدن الكبرى في البلاد، في حين يسيطر تحالف الأغلبية على أغلب الدوائر الانتخابية في وسط وشمال البلاد.
وكانت التوقعات تشير إلى أن النتائج لن تحتاج الكثير من الوقت، ولكن قوة المنافسة، وضعف نسبة المشاركة عقدا عملية فرز وتجميع النتائج، خاصة وأنها لم تزد على 46 في المائة.
صراعٌ إعلامي
قال الائتلاف الرئاسي الحاكم إنه “حصل على أغلبية مريحة في البرلمان، حسب النتائج الأولية”، وأضاف المتحدث باسم الحزب الحاكم، صيدو غي، في بيان صحفي: “نرفض الضغوط التي تمارس على لجان فرز الأصوات”.
وانتقد غي أسلوب المعارضة “الذي لا يخدم الديموقراطية”، مشيرا إلى أنه “لو كان هناك تزوير لما خسر الأغلبية مدنا مهمة كالعاصمة داكار”.
وقال غي إن المعارضة “بدأت نهجا غير مسؤول وشعبوي”، وشدد على أن “السنغاليين منحوا ثقتهم للرئيس ماكي صال، وهذه الديموقراطية تبرهن على نضج الشعب السنغالي الذي صوت بكل حرية”، وفق قوله.
وردا على اتهامات الأغلبية الرئاسية، قال تحالف المعارضة إن “هناك نية لتزوير الانتخابات والضغط على العدالة لإجازتها”.
وهدد الائتلاف المعارض (يوي آسكان وي) باللجوء إلى الشارع، وقال إن “سرقة الانتخابات لن تمر”.
خلافات داخلية
تهديدات المعارضة بالتصعيد في حالة كانت النتائج ليست لصالحها، أثارت الكثير من التعليقات، خاصة وأن عثمان صونكو الذي يقود أحد أهم تحالفات المعارضة، سبق أن استخدم الشارع في كثير من المناسبات السياسية.
ويعتقد مراقبون أن صونكو الذي يطمحُ للترشح للانتخابات الرئاسية 2024، يسعى لتحريك الشارع من أجل الظهور في مواجهة السلطة وحيدًا، وطي ملف اتهامه بالاغتصاب، وذلك ما يثير خلافات كبيرة داخل المعارضة.
عمدة دكار بارتيليمي دياز، وهو وجه معارض معروف، قال إن “الكثير من قادة المعارضة ليسوا متفقين مع فكرة أن يقود عثمان صونكو مشروع المعارضة”.
وأضاف دياز في مقطع صوتي تداول على نطاق واسع: “إن هنالك محاولة لتبييض ملف صونكو، وتقديمه على أنه ما يزال يتمتع بالمصداقية، وأنه يتعرض لمؤامرة من السلطة، ولكن أغلب أطر المعارضة وقادتها يعلمون أن الرجل أخطأ وأنه فقد مصداقيته ولم يعد قادرا على قيادة مشروعها في المستقبل”.
وشدد على أن المعارضة تفكر في “خطة بديلة” قبل الانتخابات الرئاسية 2024، لأن تقديم شخص فاقد للمصداقية يهدد مشروع المعارضة.
دعوات التهدئة
الشحن الإعلامي أثار مخاوف بعثة المراقبين الدوليين التي حضرت الانتخابات، فدعت إلى “احترام النظام الديموقراطي الذي تتمتع به السنغال”.
ودعا مراقبو المجموعة الاقتصادية لدول غرب أفريقيا الأطراف السياسية إلى “احترام القنوات المخصصة لإعلان النتائج”، وعدم استباقها.
وأضاف المراقبون في مؤتمر صحفي أمس في داكار أن “الانتخابات جرت في ظروف جيدة”، وتقدموا بالتهنئة إلى السنغاليين وطبقتهم السياسية على “المسؤولية التي تحلوا بها”.
أما رئيس مركز “جون آفريكا” عليون تين، فأبدى انزعاجه من تسابق الطبقة السياسية إلى إعلان الفوز، وقال: “إن تصرف المعارضة والأغلبية مقلق، خصوصا أن السنغاليين أدلوا بأصواتهم في جو من المسؤولية والهدوء”.
ودعا عليون تين تحالف المعارضة والأغلبية إلى التأني حتى الكشف عن نتائج الانتخابات “لأن هذا هو جوهر الديموقراطية”، مؤكدا أن “المؤسسات المخولة فقط هي من يجب أن يعلن النتائج”.
وأمام حرب التصريحات، وتأجيل الإعلان الرسمي عن النتائج الأولية، تبقى عيون السنغاليين مشدودة نحو قصر العدالة في داكار، حيث ستعلن النتائج الأولية، ليعرفوا من فاز في انتخابات رغم الهدوء الذي سادها، إلى أنها كانت ساخنة في حلبة المناورات السياسية.
