السنغال: تراجع بنسبة 15,6٪ في قطاع الخدمات خلال أبريل 2025

سجل قطاع الخدمات في السنغال تراجعًا حادًا بنسبة 15,6٪ في شهر أبريل 2025 مقارنةً بشهر مارس، وفقًا للبيانات الصادرة عن مديرية التوقعات والدراسات الاقتصادية (DPEE). ويأتي هذا الانخفاض بالتوازي مع تراجع في قطاع التجارة بنسبة 7,9٪ خلال الفترة نفسها، ما يعكس هشاشة ظرفية في عدة قطاعات محورية داخل الاقتصاد الثالثي.

ويشمل هذا الانخفاض قطاعات حيوية مثل النقل، والخدمات المالية، والتجارة بالجملة، والأنشطة العلمية والتقنية، مما يثير القلق بشأن الأداء العام لسلاسل القيمة ذات العائد المرتفع، والتي تلعب دورًا حاسمًا في الابتكار والتحول الاقتصادي.

ورغم أن هذه التراجعات لا تشير بالضرورة إلى أزمة هيكلية، فإنها تسلط الضوء على ضعف المرونة في بعض مكونات الاقتصاد الحضري، لا سيما مع الأهمية المتزايدة التي باتت تحتلها الخدمات في خلق القيمة المضافة وتشغيل الكفاءات وتعزيز النسيج المؤسساتي الصغير والمتوسط.

ويثير التراجع في قطاعي الخدمات المالية والعلمية تساؤلات حول صلابة الاقتصاد المعرفي في البلاد، بينما يعكس تراجع قطاعي النقل والتوزيع احتمال حدوث تباطؤ أوسع في سلاسل الإمداد والخدمات اللوجستية.

هذا الوضع يدعو إلى تبني سياسات دعم انتقائية تستهدف القطاعات الأكثر هشاشة، إلى جانب تعزيز القدرة التنافسية الهيكلية للخدمات السنغالية، خاصةً في سياق انفتاح البلاد على أسواق جديدة وتصاعد طموحاتها التصديرية.

ويبقى الرهان في ما إذا كانت هذه المؤشرات تنذر بمنحى طويل الأمد أم أنها تعكس مجرد اضطراب عابر. فوسط تحولات صناعية كبرى وتحديات طاقوية متسارعة، سيكون مدى صمود القطاع الثالثي بمثابة مقياس حاسم لصلابة النموذج الاقتصادي الذي تسعى السنغال إلى ترسيخه.
