أصدر وزير التربية الوطنية في السنغال قرارًا وزاريًا جديدًا يهدف إلى تنظيم اللوائح الداخلية للمؤسسات التعليمية والتدريبية العامة والخاصة. القرار الذي صدر بتاريخ 6 أكتوبر 2024، يحدد مبادئ توجيهية يجب على المؤسسات التعليمية الالتزام بها بما يتماشى مع الدستور والقوانين الوطنية.
يشدد القرار على ضرورة موافقة “التفتيشات الأكاديمية” على اللوائح الداخلية للمؤسسات التعليمية قبل تطبيقها، ويضع إطارًا لضمان احترام القيم الوطنية، مثل حماية النظام الجمهوري والتعايش بين الأديان، مع ضمان بيئة تعليمية صحية وآمنة للطلاب.
كما يلزم القرار المؤسسات بضمان بيئة تعليمية مناسبة، تحترم الصحة والسلامة داخل الفصول الدراسية، إضافة إلى تعزيز المساواة بين جميع الطلاب، بما في ذلك توفير التسهيلات اللازمة للطلاب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.
وأكدت وزارة التربية الوطنية أن هذا القرار يأتي في إطار تعزيز الشفافية والعدالة في المؤسسات التعليمية، مع التأكيد على احترام حقوق الطلاب والمعلمين والإداريين.
