لكي لا تكون “المدرسة الجمهوية” شعارا فارغا

لتكون مدارسنا جمهورية علينا أن نقوم ببناء الخطط والأفكار على معطيات واقعنا دون نقلها جاهزة من حاضر أمم أخرى أو من ماضيها ؛ فعوائق إصلاح ١٩٩٩ أنه لم يطبق؛ لعدم بناء تصوراته على الواقع والمستقبل.

  • قبل اختيار لغة التدريس علينا أن نجيب على الأسئلة التالية: هل يستطيع واقعنا أن يعطينا الخيار بين اللغات؟ هل المعلمون الحاليون يستطيعون تلبية رغبتنا في الاختيار بين اللغات؟ وهل سوق المعطلين عن العمل تسمح لنا بذلك؟ وحين نجيب على هذه الأسئلة سنرى أن الموضوع غير سياسي.
  • تحسين وضعية المعلم شرط لولوج أي إصلاح جاد؛ فمهنة التعليم الآن طاردة لكل كفاءة تدخلها؛ وبالتالي تكون متربصا يمر بها بعض الشباب؛ أصحاب المستويات يعدون فيها أنفسهم للهجرة عنها، وضعيفي المستويات يتخذونها، مع مهن أخرى، للعيش… والضحيةهو التلميذ الآن والوطن مستقبله غدا .
  • كثير من التربويين ينظرون إلى المدرسة الآن بريبة؛ نظرا لتقدم تقنيات الاتصال، والمعرفة؛ بصورة لم يعد فيها مبرر للتعليم الجماعي ذي المراحل المحددة ولكننا مضطرون لإنشاء مدرسة جمهورية تضمن تكوين مجتمع واحد، أي مضطرون لبداية المشوار الذي بات متجاوزا وهذا ليس عيبا لأن ظروفنا وإمكانياتنا تحتمه علينا.
  • قبل سنوات مع بداية تطبيق نظام ل م د LMD في الجامعة كانت عندنا وحدة أدوات وسمها الخبراء ب: اللغة والتواصل والمعلوماتية L C I لم نتمكن حقيقة من تدريسها بالصورة المثلى؛ لعوائق تتصل بعدم وجود المعلم القادر، أو عدم توفر الإمكانيات للتفويج الإجرائي، أو عجز القاعات الدراسية، أو قصور الميزانية… وكان السبب الرئيس أن إقرار هذه الوحدة بتوصيفها لم يكن يتوقع وجود تلك العوائق.
  • ينبغي الشروع في المدرسة الجمهورية (إلزامية، مجانية، ذات مضمون ينسجم وقيمنا) مع العام الدراسي القادم من القرى والمدن التي لا يوجد فيها إلا التعليم العام، وعلى لغة العساكر يتم قضم المدن والعواصم كل سنة حتى تعم المدرسة كل موريتانيا خلال فترة أقصاها ثلاث سنوات.
  • ينبغي تضمين الإصلاح إعادة النظر في امتحانات المراحل الأساسية والإعدادية والثانوية؛ لأن النظم المعتمدة الآن وسيلة من وسائل التسرب المدرسي وهدر المال العام.
  • إصلاح التعليم لا يمكن أن يكون مبنيا على اختصاص وزارة واحدة؛ وإنما يجب أن يكون شاملا للتعليم الأصلي والمدرسي والمهني والجامعي؛ حتى يكون منسجم التصورات والأهداف والغايات.
