عودة سونكو إلى الجمعية الوطنية:تالا سيلا ينصح نواب المعارضة برفع القضية إلى المحكمة العليا بتهمة إساءة استخدام السلطة

في بيانٍ علني، أعلن حزب تحالف جيف جل برئاسة تالا سيلا أنه اطلع على القرار رقم 5/ج/2026 الصادر يوم الأربعاء الموافق 17 يونيو 2026 عن المجلس الدستوري، وذلك عقب الطعن المقدم في الأول من يونيو من قبل ثمانية عشر (18) عضوًا من المعارضة في البرلمان.

وجاء في البيان: “يهدف هذا الطعن إلى نقض قرار مكتب الجمعية الوطنية الصادر في 24 مايو 2026، والذي يُقرّ انضمام السيد عثمان سونكو إلى البرلمان. وبصفته حزبًا سياسيًا ملتزمًا التزامًا راسخًا بسيادة القانون، يؤكد “جيف جيل ” مجددًا احترامه المطلق للأحكام القضائية. إن قرارات المجلس الدستوري ملزمة لجميع السلطات العامة وجميع الهيئات الإدارية والقضائية”.

ومع ذلك، رغب جيف جيل في تقديم التوضيحات الأساسية التالية:

“بدلًا من إغلاق القضية، اتخذ المجلس الدستوري خطوة قانونية هامة. فقد وصف في حيثياته ​​قرار مكتب الجمعية الوطنية صراحةً بأنه “إجراء إداري” داخلي، بحجة أنه لا يشارك بشكل مباشر في العملية الانتخابية.” وبذلك، أشارت المحكمة الدستورية نفسها إلى الاختصاص القضائي للنظر في هذه القضية: الدائرة الإدارية بالمحكمة العليا.
