رئيس الدولة ينهي مهام رئيسي المجلس الأعلى للجماعات المحلية والمجلس الإقتصادي والاجتماعي والبيئي

هذا وأنهى رئيس الجمهورية بشير جوماي ، بموجب مراسيم مؤرخة في 4 سبتمبر 2024، مهام السيدة أميناتا امبينغ انجاي، رئيسة المجلس الأعلى للجماعات المحلية والسيد عبد الله داودا ديالو، رئيس المجلس. الإقتصادي والإجتماعي والبيئي”،
و قال الوزير المستشار “عمر صمبا با “في بلاغ صحفي ” تأتي إقالة رئيسي المجلس الأعلى للجماعات المحلية والمجلس الإقتصادي والاجتماعي البيئي بعد يومين من رفض الجمعية الوطنية (بأغلبية 83 صوتا مقابل 80) مشروع قانون يهدف إلى تعديل الدستور من أجل حل هاتين المؤسستين.”
وينتظر سلسلة جديدة من المواجهة بين الحكومة والمعارضة البرلمانية المتجمعة حول مجموعة بنو بوك ياكار،ذات الأغلبية في الجمعية الوطنية.
وفي أعقاب دراسة مشروع قانون لإلغاء المؤسستين المذكورتين يوم الاثنين، أعلن عبده مبو، رئيس المجموعة البرلمانية المعارضة، عن تقديم اقتراح بإسقاط الحكومة بقيادة عثمان سونكو.
وأكد رئيس الحكومة، اليوم الأربعاء، في مقطع فيديو تم تداوله على شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي، أثناء استقباله موظفي مكتب رئيس الوزراء، أنه لن يكون هناك أي اقتراح لسحب الثقة .
ولم يتأخر عن الوعد بأن ولاية النواب ستنتهي في 12 سبتمبر. إشارة إلى احتمال حل مجلس الأمة وهو امتياز يمنحه الدستور لرئيس الدولة بعد عامين من تنصيب السلطة التشريعية
