داكار: الرئيس اتشادي السابق حسين حبري يُنقل من سجنه إلى إقامة جبرية

نُقل الرئيس التشادي السابق ، حسين حبري، من سجنه في “كاب مانويل” حيث يقضي عقوبة سجنه، مساء الإثنين 6 أبريل 2020 ، إلى مقر إقامة بحي “ألماديس” و تم وضعه قيد الإقامة الجبرية فيها، وذلك لمدة 60 يومًا ضمن الإجراءات الاحترازية ضد كورونا، التي خضع لها سجن “كاب مانويل” منذ أيام لتحسين ظروف السجناء الذين يمكثون فيه بموجب أمر اعتقال. وكانت المحكمة الأفريقية الخاصة دانت الرئيس التشادي السابق حسين حبري بارتكاب أعمال اغتصاب وبجرائم ضد الإنسانية وجرائم حرب، وجرائم اغتصاب وخطف وإعدام، وحكمت عليه بالسجن المؤبد في عام 2016 بداكار..
تولى حسين حبري رئاسة تشاد لثمانية أعوام من 1982 إلى 1990 قبل أن يطيح به أحد أقدم مساعديه الرئيس الحالي إدريس ديبي، ويلجأ إلى السنغال في كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1990.
