” قصدني أحد ضباط المخابرات طالباً مني التعاون لشق صف جبهة إعادة توغولاند الغربية وتظاهرت حينها بالموافقة في مقابل مادي ضخم أعلم يقيناً بأنه لن يُقدمه وبالتالي سيتركني للبحث عن فريسة أخرى، فقال لي حينها ألا تخشى على صورتك أمامي وأنت تطلب هذا المقابل المادي؟ فقلت له لا تبدو لي يا سيدي أنك من الأشخاص الذين يؤمنون بقيمة الأوطان ، وبالتالي لستُ أنت الذي أخشى على صورتي في مخيلته”
هذا ما نقله تشارلز كورمي مؤسس منصة “مجموعة دراسة أرض الوطن” عن أهم الكوادر الفاعله في توغولاند بعد مقتله

ساد الإحتقان شوارع العاصمة الغانية أكرا وضواحيها في أواخر سبتمبر الماضي بعد تسرب صور قامت بنشرها جبهة إعادة توغولاند الغربية التي تطمح للإنفصال من غانا وتبين من الصور أنها حفلة تخرج لخمسمائة عنصر خضعوا للتدريب العسكري في مواقع سرية مما أوقع السلطات الغانية وأمن البلاد القومي برمته على المحك في الوقت الذي يستعد فيه ساحل الذهب الأفريقي للإنتخابات الرئاسية ديسمبر القادم

يرتبط تأسيس توغلاند بأبرز الشخصيات التي عرفها التاريخ القديم ألا وهو غوستاف ناشتيغال الذي بدأ طبيباً وإنتهى مفوضاً للإمبراطورية الألمانية في غرب أفريقيا ، فبعد إنعقاد مؤتمر برلين 1884-1885 هيمنت ألمانيا على أراضي توغولاند وأطلق عليها في ذلك الوقت المستعمرة النموذجية ولكن بعد هزيمة ألمانيا وتوقيع معاهدة فرساي تقاسمت بريطانيا وفرنسا أراضي توغولاند فأصبح الجزء الغربي لبريطانيا والجزء الشرقي لفرنسا وظلت أراضي توغولاند مُقسمة بين هاتين القوتين حتى نالت الدول الأفريقية إستقلالها وحينها تم طرح إستفتاء في خمسينيات القرن الماضي فإختار الجزء الغربي أن ينضم لغانا أما الجزء الشرقي فأعلن إستقلاله عن فرنسا عام 1960 بإسم جمهورية توغو، إلا أن الأمور ساءت في توغلاند منذ إنضمامه إلى غانا وخرج سكان الإقليم في مظاهرات إحتجاجاً على ما وصفوه بالمعاملة الغيرعادلة ، إلا أن تلك المظاهرات ما برحت أن تهدأ حتى تعود موجتها للإرتفاع مرة أخرى، وفي تسعينيات القرن الماضي أعلن تشارلز كورمي عن تأسيس منصة “مجموعة دراسة أرض الوطن” لمناقشة الحقوق السياسية والمدنية لشعب توغولاند الغربية والتي سرعان ما تحولت لحركة سياسية تنادي بحق تقريرالمصير ، ونجحت في عام 2017 بالحصول على عضوية في منظمة الأمم والشعوب غير الممثلة أحد أبرز المنظمات الدولية الداعمة لقضايا حق تقرير المصير ،
يرى سكان توغولاند الغربية أن النظام السياسي في أكرا لا يمثلهم ولا يراهم مواطنين ؛ بل أشبه بالأجانب كما أن إقليمهم لا يحظي بإهتمام حكومي ويفتقد للتنمية والتطوير وهذا ما ضاعف مطالبات مجموعة دراسة أرض الوطن التي لم تتوقف بإعلان إستقلال توغولاند بل باتت تطالب بإعادة النظرفي وثيقة الإستفتاء التي على أثرها تم ضم توغلاند الغربية إلى غانا وتزعم أن وثيقة الأمم المتحدة نصت على حرية إنفصال توغولاند الغربية بعد خمسون عاماً من الإتحاد مع غانا وتطالب أكرا بالجلوس معها على طاولة مفاوضات وهذا ما ترفضه غانا، ومثلما تُدرك القيادة السياسية في غانا أن ما يحدث في توغولاند الغربية شبيه لما يحدث في إقليم أمبازونيا الذي يطمح للإستقلال عن الكاميرون والذي يُشاطر توغولاند النشأة والظروف السياسية والعضوية في منظمة الأمم والشعوب غيرالممثلة وإن كان أمبازونيا أكثر تنظيماً من الناحية العسكرية والأمنية فهي تدرك قطعاً أن ولادة دول على المدى القريب وعلى ضفاف خليج غينيا سيشكل عبئاً دولياً تبدو القوى الدولية غير مستعدة لدفع تكلفته، ولكن في حال إستقلال توغولاند فهناك خياران فإما أن تكون دولة مستقلة وفي هذه الحالة ستحتاج لجهود تفوق ما تحتاجه جنوب السودان عند إنفصالها عن شمالها بغض النظرعن فارق مساحة الإقليمين، وإما أن تنضم لجمهورية توغو وهذا ما سيُضاعف المصالح الفرنسية في خليج غينيا
تصاعد الموجات الإنفصالية اليوم في إفريقيا يدعم ما ذهبنا إليه في المقال السابق الذي حمل عنوان سيناريوهات المواجهة وبالتالي إنفصال توغولاند الغربية غير وارد على المدى القريب إلا إذا إقتضت المصلحة الدولية ذلك وذلك ينطبق على سائر الحركات الإنفصالية في أفريقيا

خليجياً، ما أثر إستقلال توغولاند الغربية على المصالح الخليجية؟وهل الرؤية الخليجية لتوغولاند موحدة؟ وكيف يرى قادة توغولاند تلك الرؤية الخليجية؟ هذا ما سأجيب عليه في المقال القادم
