صدر اليوم الخميس 14 شوال 1447هـ الموافق 2 أبريل 2026م البيان الختامي للدورة الخامسة عشرة للمجلس التنفيذي لمؤتمر وزراء الأوقاف والشؤون الإسلامية بدول العالم الإسلامي، الذي عُقد عبر الاتصال المرئي من مكتب معاليه بمحافظة جدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية برئاسة معالي وزير الشؤون الإسلامية والدعوة والإرشاد الشيخ الدكتور عبداللطيف بن عبدالعزيز آل الشيخ، رئيس المجلس التنفيذي للمؤتمر، وبمشاركة أصحاب المعالي الوزراء الأعضاء في المجلس التنفيذي من المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، وجمهورية إندونيسيا، وجمهورية باكستان الإسلامية، وجمهورية غامبيا، ودولة الكويت، وجمهورية مصر العربية، والمملكة المغربية.
وفي مستهل الاجتماع رحّب معالي رئيس المجلس التنفيذي الشيخ الدكتور عبداللطيف بن عبدالعزيز آل الشيخ بأصحاب المعالي الأعضاء، مثمنًا حضورهم ومشاركتهم الفاعلة في أعمال المجلس، مؤكداً أن انعقاد المجلس يأتي في مرحلة دقيقة يمر بها العالم الإسلامي، الأمر الذي يتطلب تعزيز وحدة الصف الإسلامي وتوحيد الجهود لمواجهة التحديات الراهنة بما يخدم قضايا المسلمين ويعزز رسالة الإسلام القائمة على الوسطية والاعتدال.
كما نوّه معاليه بما توليه حكومة خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، وسمو ولي عهده الأمين رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز – حفظهما الله – من عناية كبيرة بالشأن الإسلامي وخدمة قضايا المسلمين في مختلف أنحاء العالم.
واستعرض المجلس خلال أعماله عدداً من الموضوعات المدرجة على جدول أعماله، من أبرزها أهمية التركيز على إصلاح تدين المسلمين، والخطة الاستراتيجية لإصلاح شخصية المسلم من خلال التربية والممارسة الإسلامية، وتوظيف تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في مجال الشؤون الإسلامية وخدمة القضايا الإسلامية، إضافة إلى تجربة المملكة العربية السعودية في تطوير وتنمية الأوقاف وتعظيم أثرها الاقتصادي والتنموي، وتعزيز دور الأوقاف في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة ورعاية العمل الإنساني، إلى جانب موضوع الحوار الثقافي بين الشرق والغرب، وتعظيم أثر المؤتمر العام القادم عبر تنظيم ورش عمل متخصصة في مجال الشؤون الإسلامية والأوقاف.
واتخذ المجلس عدداً من القرارات المتعلقة بالموضوعات المطروحة، تضمنت اعتماد عدد من أوراق العمل العلمية المقدمة من الدول الأعضاء، والموافقة على طرح موضوعات متخصصة ضمن أعمال المؤتمر العام العاشر، بما يسهم في تطوير العمل الإسلامي المشترك وتعزيز دور وزارات الأوقاف والشؤون الإسلامية في خدمة المجتمعات الإسلامية.
كما قرر المجلس تحديد موضوع المؤتمر العاشر ليكون بعنوان: «مسؤولية وزارات الشؤون الإسلامية والأوقاف في المحافظة على الهوية الإسلامية وتعزيز قيم المواطنة»، وكذلك عقد دورته السادسة عشرة خلال الربع الثاني من العام القادم 2027م في مكة المكرمة.
وفي ختام أعماله أصدر المجلس بياناً أعرب فيه عن إدانته واستنكاره الاعتداءات الإيرانية الآثمة المتعمدة على المملكة العربية السعودية، ودول مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية، والمملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، وإصرار الجانب الإيراني على زعزعة أمن واستقرار المنطقة وترويع الآمنين وقتل الأبرياء وتدمير المنشأت السكنية والبُنى التحتية ومحطات تحلية المياه والمطارات والمقار الدبلوماسية. في انتهاك واضح للقيم والمبادئ الإسلامية وحسن الجوار والمواثيق والعهود والقانون الدولي وتهديد السلم والأمن الدوليين، وهذه الاعتداءات لا يمكن تبريرها تحت أي ذريعة وبأي شكل من الأشكال، وأن على إيران الوقف الفوري لهذه الاعتداءات وعدم تقديم أي دعم أو تمويل أو تسليح للميليشيات التابعة لها..
كما عبّر المجلس عن إدانته واستنكاره للتعديات المتكررة التي يمارسها الكيان الصهيوني على المسجد الأقصى المبارك، وإغلاقه أمام المصلين خلال شهر رمضان المبارك.
واختتم المجلس بيانه بالتعبير عن خالص الشكر والتقدير لحكومة المملكة العربية السعودية بقيادة خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، وسمو ولي عهده الأمين رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز – حفظهما الله – على ما يحظى به المؤتمر والشأن الإسلامي عامة من عناية ودعم، كما قدم المجلس شكره لمعالي وزير الشؤون الإسلامية والدعوة والإرشاد الشيخ الدكتور عبداللطيف بن عبدالعزيز آل الشيخ على جهوده المباركة في رئاسة المجلس وحرصه الدائم على تطوير أعماله وتعزيز دوره في خدمة الإسلام والمسلمين.
أوافق بشدة على أهمية هذا المجلس في تعزيز التعاون الإسلامي وتوحيد المواقف حول قضايا الأوقاف والشؤون الإسلامية.
