بتهمة نشر معلومات كاذبة :الحكم على فات كيني سيسي بالسجن عامين
حكمت محكمة داكار الجنائية على الكاتبة الصحفية فاتو كيني سيسي بالسجن عامين، مع تنفيذ عام واحد، بتهمة نشر معلومات كاذبة وتشويه سمعة الدرك الوطني.
جاء هذا القرار على خلفية تصريحات أدلت بها خلال بث إذاعي، زعمت فيها أن أمن رئيس الجمهورية، باسيرو جوماي فاي، ورئيس وزرائه، عثمان سونكو، سيتعرض للخطر بتعيين ضابط معروف بقربه من رئيس الدولة السابق ماكي سال والجنرال موسى فال.
ونتيجةً لتصريحاتها، التي اعتُبرت لا أساس لها من الصحة، ومن المرجح أن تُثير البلبلة بين العامة، تم توجيه الاتهام إليها. وفي النهاية، حملتها المحكمة مسؤولية نشر هذه الادعاءات.
وندد محاميها، سيبا دنقافا ، بالعقوبة “القاسية”، وأعلن أنه سيستأنف القرار يوم الإثنين وسيقدم طلبًا للإفراج المؤقت نيابةً عن موكلته
