وأخيراً يتحقق الحلم. في بلد يتزايد فيه عدد مرضى غسيل الكلى بشكل كبير، يظل استخدام أساليب احتواء الفشل الكلوي أو حتى القضاء عليه أمرًا ضروريًا.
وفي هذا الإطار تمكن فريق طبي سنغالي من قطع شوط كبير في يوم الأحد 26 نوفمبر 2023، حيث أكمل اتحاد مستشفى “أريستيد لو دانتيك” – ومستشفى “أوكام العسكري” بنجاح عملية زرع الكلى المخطط لها لتوسيع الترسانة العلاجية في السنغال.
وتمت التدخلات في المستشفى العسكري في داكار، تحت قيادة الدكتور “يوهاندو واني ديا”، الطبيب العقيد طبيب النساء والتوليد ومدير مستشفى “أوكام العسكري”. وشملت 3 عمليات زرع للكلى.
ففي 26 نوفمبر، تم الاعتناء بزوجين (من الساعة 8 صباحًا إلى الساعة 2 ظهرًا للزوجين الأولين (الزوجين) ومن الساعة 3 مساءً إلى الساعة 9 مساءً للزوجين الثاني (أخوة). وفي يوم أمس الاثنين تم أيضًا الاعتناء بالزوجين الثالث والأخير (أخوات) ، (من الساعة 8 صباحًا حتى الساعة 2 بعد الظهر).
أشرف على هذه التدخلات، فريق من الاطباء السنغاليين، هم الذين نفذوا العمل الذي يشكل بالنسبة للسنغال نقطة تحول في التدخل الجراحي فيما يتعلق بالكلى
