السنغال : المجتمع المدني تطلق مبادرة ضد ترشح الرئيس لولاية ثالثة
- أطلقت 10 منظمات ناشطة في المجتمع المدني بالسنغال، مبادرة ضد “الولاية الثالثة” للرئيس ماكي صال، داعية إياه إلى التعبير بوضوح عن عدم الترشح للانتخابات المرتقبة عام 2024، واحترام الدستور الذي يحظر في مادته 27 على الرئيس البقاء في السلطة لأزيد من ولايتين.
وقال سانغان سينغور المكلف بالشؤون القانونية في “الملتقى الإفريقي للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان”، وهو إحدى المنظمات الموقعة على المبادرة التي تحمل اسم “السلام أفضل من ولاية ثالثة” في تصريح لإذاعة فرنسا الدولية، إن ماكي صال إذا لم يفصح بشأن موقفه من الترشح للولاية الثالثة، فإن ذلك يعتبر “مؤشرا مقلقا” على إقدامه عليها.
واعتبر سينغور أن مسألة الولاية الثالثة حسمت بوضوح “في إصلاح 2016، وبالتالي فالقضية ليست قانونية وإنما أخلاقية”.
ومن جانبه قال عبد الرحمن صو أحد الناشطين في حراك “أم 23″ الذي ناهض الولاية الثالثة للرئيس السابق عبد الله واد في 2011-2012 إن ” من المحزن أنه بعد 10 سنوات أو11 سنة، نجد أنفسنا أمام نفس الشخصيات، رغم وجود الشباب لحمل المشعل، إننا نخاطب رئيس الجمهورية لأننا نتوقع حدوث مشاكل قد تكون مصيرية لهذه الأمة”.
وتستعد السنغال لتنظيم انتخابات رئاسية في فبراير 2024، أعلن زعيم المعارضة عثمان سونكو الذي حل تحالفه ثانيا في الانتخابات التشريعية المنظمة قبل أشهر، ترشحه لها.
