الرئيس الانتقالي “المالي” يؤدي اليوم زيارة عمل إلى فرنسا

بدأ الرئيس باه انضو يوم الثلاثاء زيارة عمل لفرنسا، هي الأولي منذ تنصيبه رئيسا للمرحلة الانتقالية في 25 سبتمبر ، و تستمر الزيارة فترة ثلاثة أيام ، حسب بيان صادر عن الرئاسة المالية.
و اعتبر البيان ان هدف الزيارة يكمن في النظر في اتفاقيات التعاون الثنائي بين مالي و فرنسا و تبادل وجهات النظر حول أجندة القمة المقبلة لمجموعة الدول الخمس بالساحل المزمع تنظيمها في العاصمة تشادية نجامينا.
و تأتي هذه الزيارة في الوقت الذي تشهد فيه مالي معارضة شعبية و سياسية قوية للحضور العسكري الفرنسي في شمال البلاد.. و تزيد قوة “بارخان” الفرنسية التي تم نشرها بعد التدخل العسكري الفرنسي في شمال مالي على 5000 جندي. و أصبح الحضور العسكري الفرنسي في المنطقة سببا في الكثير من المعارضة السياسية و الشعبية في منطقة الساحل ؛ و يري مناهضو فرنسا أن دوافع هذا الحضور هو تكريس الهيمنة الاستعمارية لفرنسا في المنطقة تحت ذريعة الحرب على الإرهاب..
ويتعلق الأمر بأول زيارة للرئيس الانتقالي المالي خارج القارة الإفريقية منذ استلام مهامه، يوم 25 سبتمبر الماضي.
