الحزب “جمهورية القيم” يدعم ترشيح ماكي سال للأمم المتحدة ويدعو الرئيس بشير جوماي فاي لتحمل مسؤولياته

أعرب حزب “جمهورية القيم” عن دعمه الكامل لترشيح الرئيس السنغالي السابق ماكي سال لمنصب الأمين العام لـمنظمة الأمم المتحدة، معتبرًا أن هذه المبادرة تمثل مرشحًا إفريقيًا استراتيجيًا، ولأول مرة سنغاليًا يسعى لمنصب دولي بهذا الحجم.

وأوضح الحزب، في بيان رسمي، أن هذه الخطوة جاءت بعد تنسيق مع دول أفريقية أخرى، مشيرًا إلى أن السنغال كان بإمكانها التعبير عن موقفها بشكل واضح ودعم الترشيح بفعالية، بدل اتباع ما وصفه بـ”الأسلوب المماطل”. وأبدى الحزب قلقه العميق من أن يكون الترشيح قد تم من قبل رئيس بوروندي بصفتها الرئيس الحالي للاتحاد الإفريقي، دون إشراك كامل للسنغال.

ودعا الحزب الرئيس السنغالي بشير جوماي فاي إلى تقدير حجم مسؤولياته الوطنية، مؤكّدًا أن الانعزال عن باقي القادة الأفارقة قد يُضعف تأثير السنغال في إدارة القضايا الكبرى للقارة. وحثه على تجاوز الانقسامات الداخلية ووضع المصلحة العليا للأمة فوق كل اعتبار.

كما شدد الحزب على ضرورة أن تتجاوز القيادة الوطنية المصالح الحزبية الضيقة، مذكّرًا بشعار الدولة: “شعب واحد، هدف واحد، إيمان واحد”، مشيرًا إلى أن عظمة الأمة تقاس بقدرتها على تجاوز الخلافات الداخلية والتوحد حول القضايا الكبرى.

وأكد الحزب أن غياب دعم واضح لترشيح ماكي سال قد يفسح المجال أمام مرشحين من مناطق أخرى مثل أمريكا اللاتينية، مشيرًا إلى أن صوت إفريقيا لا يزال بحاجة إلى تعزيز على الساحة الدولية.

وفي ختام البيان، دعا حزب “جمهورية القيم” الرئيس بشير جوماي فاي إلى استعادة زمام المبادرة، ووضع المصلحة الوطنية فوق أي اعتبارات حزبية، والدفاع عن موقف السنغال بوضوح في المحافل الدولية، مؤكّدًا أن القيادة الحقيقية تتطلب اتخاذ قرارات واضحة وتحمل المسؤولية كاملة.
