الأمم المتحدة تحذر غينيا بشأن تدهور حقوق الانسان وقمع الاحتجاجات.
أعربت الأمم المتحدة عن “قلقها العميق” بشأن حالة حقوق الإنسان في غينيا بعد أن حل المجلس العسكري الحاكم في البلاد مجموعة معارضة وقمع الاحتجاجات الأخيرة.
وكتبت مفوضة الأمم المتحدة لحقوق الإنسان ميشيل باشيليت رسالة إلى زعيم غينيا، العقيد مامادي دومبويا، سلطت فيها الضوء على ما وصفته بأعداد كبيرة من الاعتقالات للمتظاهرين وكذلك وفاة بعضهم.
وطالبت باشيليت حكومة غينيا التحقيق في أعمال العنف المزعومة على أيدي قوات الأمن خلال الاحتجاجات، والإفراج عن المعتقلين وإعادة تشكيل تحالف المعارضة المسمى الجبهة الوطنية للدفاع عن الدستور (FNDC).
ونقلت وكالة الأنباء الفرنسية عن باشليت قولها إن حل المجموعة “يشكل انتهاكا كبيرا لحرية تكوين الجمعيات والتجمعات العامة”.
وشهدت غينيا استيلاءً عسكريًا على السلطة في سبتمبر 2021، مما أدى إلى تولي العقيد دومبويا رئاسة الدولة. وغالباً ما تشهد غينيا احتجاجات تتخلّلها أعمال عنف، وتندّد منظمات للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان بالتجاوزات التي ترتكبها قوات الأمن في البلاد وبإفلات المرتكبين من بين عناصرها من العقاب.
وتشهد الدولة الواقعة في غرب أفريقيا صدامات متكرّرة بين قوات الأمن ومتظاهرين يحتجّون على مهلة الثلاث سنوات التي حدّدها المجلس العسكري لتسليم السلطة إلى المدنيين.
وسقط قتيلان على الأقلّ بالرصاص في احتجاجات ضدّ المجلس العسكري الحاكم، واتّهمت “الجبهة الوطنية للدفاع عن الدستور” حرّاس دومبويا بإطلاق النار على المتظاهرين أثناء مرور موكبه في ضاحية العاصمة كوناكري، ممّا أسفر عن مقتل شابين يبلغان من العمر 17 و19 عاماً.
وقالت الجبهة في بيان على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي إنّ الحرّاس أطلقوا النار على المتظاهرين أثناء مرور موكب دومبويا ممّا أدّى إلى مقتل كل من عمر باري وهو تلميذ في المرحلة الثانوية يبلغ من العمر 17 عاماً وابراهيما بالدي البالغ من العمر 19 عاماً.
