منتدى “استثمر في السنغال”: جوماي فاي يعلن عن إعادة تأسيس دولة فعّالة وشفافة
أكد الرئيس باسيرو جوماي فاي، خلال افتتاح منتدى “استثمر في السنغال – Fii Sénégal”، أن بلاده دخلت مرحلة جديدة من الإصلاحات العميقة لبناء دولة حديثة، رقمية، وفعّالة تقوم على الشفافية والأداء.
وقال الرئيس فاي إن المشروع يشمل إعادة صياغة شاملة لمدونات الاستثمار والضرائب والعمل والصفقات العمومية، في إطار ما وصفه بـ«ورشة ضخمة لإصلاح بنية الدولة وتحسين مناخ الأعمال».
وأوضح أن الحكومة شرعت في تنفيذ خطة وطنية للإنعاش الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، مرفقة بعملية رقمنة شاملة للإجراءات الإدارية، بما يضمن بيئة استثمارية أكثر مرونة وشفافية وتنافسية.
وأشار إلى أن الصيغ الجديدة من مدونة الاستثمار ومدونة الجمارك ومدونة الضرائب أصبحت جاهزة، بينما ستتبعها بحلول نهاية العام مراجعات لقوانين العمل والضمان الاجتماعي والصفقات العمومية.
واعتبر الرئيس أن وكالة APIX ستكون المحرك الأساسي لهذه التحولات عبر منصتها الرقمية الموحدة، مضيفًا:
