محكمة “إيكواس” تُدين السنغال لانتهاك حقوق لات جوب
أصدرت محكمة العدل التابعة للمجموعة الاقتصادية لدول غرب إفريقيا (إيكواس)، يوم الجمعة 9 مايو 2025، حكمًا يُدين الدولة السنغالية لانتهاكها حقوق السياسي لات جوب، خاصة حقه في حرية التنقل. وقضت المحكمة بدفع تعويض قدره 4 ملايين فرنك إفريقي للمدير العام السابق لشركة “لوناز”، وفق ما أعلنه محاميه، الحاج آمادو صال، عبر منصة “إكس”.
لات جوب، الذي يُلاحق بتهم ابتزاز وتحويل أموال عامة تُقدّر بـ8 مليارات فرنك إفريقي، أودع السجن منذ 26 سبتمبر 2024، إثر بلاغ تقدّم به ممثل شركة المراهنات “1XBet” في السنغال. ورغم منحه إفراجًا مشروطًا في 26 مارس 2025، إلا أن معارضة النيابة عطّلت تنفيذه.
