داكار، 1 يوليو 2025 – أعلنت السفارة الفرنسية في السنغال، اليوم الثلاثاء، عن تسليم محطة الإرسال العسكرية المشتركة في مدينة روفيسك إلى السلطات السنغالية، وذلك في إطار تنفيذ قرار الحكومة الجديدة بإنهاء الوجود العسكري الأجنبي في البلاد بحلول نهاية عام 2025.
وجاء في بيان السفارة أن محطة روفيسك، التي كانت تُستخدم للاتصالات على الساحل الأطلسي الجنوبي منذ عام 1960، أعيدت رسميًا إلى الدولة السنغالية، بموجب اتفاق اللجنة المشتركة المنعقدة في 16 مايو 2025، وفقًا لما ينص عليه اتفاق التعاون العسكري الموقّع بين البلدين في 18 أبريل 2012.
وكانت اللجنة المشتركة الفرنسية–السنغالية قد أُنشئت في فبراير الماضي، لبحث جدول زمني لتسليم المواقع العسكرية التي كانت تُستخدم من قبل القوات الفرنسية في السنغال.
وسبق لفرنسا أن أعادت، في مارس ومايو الماضيين، عدة منشآت عسكرية، منها قاعدتا مارشال وسانت إكزوبيري قرب حديقة هان، بالإضافة إلى مقر “كونتر-أميرال بروتيه” الواقع في ميناء داكار.
ووفقًا للجدول المتفق عليه بين الطرفين، سيتم تسليم آخر المنشآت العسكرية الفرنسية في السنغال بنهاية يوليو 2025
