بمناسبة مباراة مصر والسنغال، لا تُختصر الحكاية في تسعين دقيقة فوق المستطيل الأخضر، بل تمتد إلى قصة إنسانية ملهمة اسمها ساديو ماني… قصة لاعب صاغته المعاناة قبل أن تصنعه الكرة.
وُلد ساديو ماني سنة 1992 في قرية بامبالي جنوب السنغال، قرية منسية على هامش الخريطة، بلا كهرباء، بلا طرق معبّدة، وبلا ملاعب. هناك، وسط الفقر وقسوة الحياة، كان الطفل النحيل يركض خلف كرة مهترئة، غالبًا حافي القدمين، غير مدرك أن ذلك الركض البسيط هو أول خطوة في طريق طويل مليء بالأشواك.
لم تكن طفولته سهلة. التعليم محدود، والإمكانيات شبه معدومة، وحلم الاحتراف بدا ضربًا من الجنون في نظر المحيطين به. وحين قرر، وهو في الخامسة عشرة من عمره، شدّ الرحال إلى أوروبا، واجه رفضًا واسعًا، حتى من أسرته، لأنه لم يكن يملك مالًا ولا سندًا ولا واسطة. كل ما كان يملكه جسدٌ هزيل وإيمانٌ عنيد بالحلم.
في فرنسا، لم يُستقبل ماني كبطل. سُخر منه بسبب مظهره، ولهجته الإفريقية، ونحافته، وكاد اليأس يتسلل إليه في أكثر من محطة. لكنه اختار الصمت والعمل، وراكم العرق بدل الشكوى، حتى بدأت موهبته تفرض نفسها، خطوة بعد خطوة، من الهواة إلى الاحتراف، ومن الظل إلى الأضواء.
وحين بلغ القمة، ولعب في أكبر الملاعب، وارتدى ألوان كبار الأندية، لم تنسه الشهرة بامبالي… لم تنسه القرية التي علّمته الصبر، ولا الفقر الذي ربّاه على التواضع.
فبدل القصور الفاخرة والسيارات الباهظة:
بنى مستشفى كاملًا في قريته.
أنشأ مدارس ومساجد.
تكفّل بتعليم عشرات الأطفال.
قدّم دعمًا شهريًا ثابتًا للأسر الفقيرة.
وحين سُئل عن سبب بساطته، أجاب بكلمات تختصر فلسفته في الحياة:
«كنت فقيرًا، عانيت، لعبت حافي القدمين، ولم أحظَ بفرصة التعليم… فلماذا أحتاج عشر سيارات؟ أريد فقط أن يساعد نجاحي شعبي.»
ساديو ماني ليس مجرد لاعب كرة قدم، بل ضمير حي في عالم الاحتراف، نموذج لإنسان لم تغيّره الأضواء، ولم تقتلع الشهرة جذوره. هو ابن إفريقيا الذي حمل قريته معه إلى أعلى المنصات، وأثبت أن العظمة الحقيقية لا تُقاس بعدد الألقاب، بل بقدر الوفاء لمن كانوا في البداية
