حاكم داكار يحذر من إقامة الاحتفالات العائلية في الطرق العامة دون ترخيص

حذّر حاكم إقليم داكار من تزايد ظاهرة إقامة الاحتفالات ذات الطابع العائلي أو التقليدي، مثل حفلات الزواج والمعموديات والجنازات، في الطرق والأماكن العمومية من دون إشعار مسبق، مؤكدًا أن هذا السلوك يؤدي إلى عرقلة حركة المرور وإحداث ضجيج ومخاطر على السلامة العامة.

وأوضح الحاكم، في بيان رسمي صدر اليوم الثلاثاء 7 أكتوبر 2025، أن الطرق العامة فضاءات مشتركة مخصّصة لحركة الأشخاص والبضائع، ولا يجوز استخدامها لأغراض خاصة إلا بصفة استثنائية وبعد الحصول على إذن مسبق من السلطة الإدارية المختصة.

ودعت السلطات السكان إلى تقديم طلب تصريح قبل ثلاثة أيام على الأقل من تنظيم أي مناسبة في الفضاء العام، مذكّرة بأن استخدام مكبرات الصوت في الاحتفالات الخارجية يخضع بدوره لترخيص إداري خاص.

وشدد البيان على أن كل مخالفة لهذه الإجراءات تعرّض أصحابها لعقوبات قانونية، من بينها الوقف الفوري للحدث والملاحقة القضائية، داعيًا المواطنين إلى التحلي بروح المسؤولية والحس المدني حفاظًا على الأمن والنظام العام.

وختم حاكم داكار بيانه بالتأكيد على أن المحافظين ونوابهم ورؤساء البلديات ومندوبي الأحياء وقوات الأمن تلقوا تعليمات صارمة لضمان التطبيق الكامل لهذه القواعد في جميع مناطق العاصمة
