تيرنو الحسن صال يطالب بكشف مصير 37 مليار فرنك من تمويل بنك سانتاندر لمشروع الكهربة الريفية
جدد النائب تيرنو الحسن صال مطالبته للحكومة بتوضيحات حول ما وصفه بـ”الغموض” الذي يكتنف استخدام مبلغ 37 مليار فرنك إفريقي، وهو الجزء الأول من تمويل إجمالي قدره 91 مليار فرنك، قدمه البنك الإسباني “سانتاندر” في إطار مشروع واسع للكهربة الريفية.
ورغم تقديمه عدة مراسلات رسمية داخل الجمعية الوطنية، يأسف النائب لغياب أي رد رسمي من السلطات، مشيرًا إلى أن “الحكومة ترفع شعار ‘جُب، جُبّل، جُبّانتي’ في كل مكان، لكنها تمتنع عن الإجابة على أسئلة الشفافية”، حسب تعبيره.
وفي إطار سعيه لتكريس مبدأ المساءلة، يواصل تيرنو الحسن صال تحقيقاته، بهدف كشف ملابسات هذه القضية التي يعتبرها “شأنًا عامًا من الدرجة الأولى”. ويتساءل: “فيما صُرفت هذه الأموال؟ ومن استفاد منها؟”
وقد تداولت وسائل الإعلام المحلية مؤخرًا صورًا توثّق زيارات ميدانية للنائب، تؤكد عزمه المضي قدمًا في مطالبة الحكومة بتقديم توضيحات. وبلهجة واثقة، ختم تصريحه قائلاً: “عاجلًا أم آجلًا، ستظهر الحقيقة.
