قررت المحكمة الابتدائية في الرباط، اليوم الخميس 5 فبراير 2026، تأجيل محاكمة المشجعين السنغاليين الذين تم توقيفهم على خلفية الأحداث التي أعقبت نهائي كأس الأمم الإفريقية 2025، إلى غاية 12 فبراير الجاري.
ويأتي هذا التأجيل الجديد لأسباب إجرائية لا تتعلق بجوهر القضية، بل نتيجة استمرار إضراب المحامين بالمغرب، وهو ما أدى إلى تعطّل جزء من سير العمل القضائي داخل محاكم المملكة.
وكان من المنتظر أن يصدر الحكم في هذه القضية خلال جلسة اليوم، غير أن الظروف الاجتماعية المرتبطة بالإضراب فرضت تأجيل البت في الملف لأسبوع إضافي.
ويُذكر أن المشجعين السنغاليين تم توقيفهم عقب اضطرابات اندلعت بعد نهاية المباراة النهائية لكأس إفريقيا للأمم 2025، حيث وُجهت إليهم تهم مرتبطة بأعمال شغب في محيط الاحتفالات.
وبذلك سيظل الموقوفون رهن الاحتجاز لمدة أسبوع إضافي، في انتظار ما ستسفر عنه الجلسة المقبلة التي ستحدد مصيرهم القضائي
