انطلقت صباح اليوم الثلاثاء جلسة عامة في الجمعية الوطنية السنغالية خُصصت لدراسة مقترح قانون يتعلق بتعديل قانون الانتخابات، وذلك في إطار إصلاحات تشريعية تمس شروط الأهلية الانتخابية.
وبدأت الأشغال بعد الساعة العاشرة صباحًا، بحضور وزير الداخلية، محمد بامبا سيسي، الذي قدم عرضًا مفصلًا حول مضامين المشروع ودافع عنه أمام النواب.
ويحمل المقترح رقم 11 لسنة 2026، ويتعلق بتعديل القانون رقم 2021-35 الصادر في 23 يوليو 2021 الخاص بقانون الانتخابات. وقد تقدم به نواب الأغلبية البرلمانية المنتمون إلى حزب باستيف – الوطنيون (PASTEF-Les Patriotes).
ويهدف المشروع، بحسب مبرراته، إلى مراجعة المادتين L.29 وL.30، اللتين تتناولان حالات عدم الأهلية للترشح، وذلك بغرض إعادة تنظيم وتوضيح شروط المنع من التسجيل في القوائم الانتخابية.
ومن المنتظر أن يعقد النواب في اليوم ذاته جلسة عامة ثانية مخصصة للمصادقة على قائمة أعضاء لجنة تقييم السياسات العمومية، في خطوة تعكس مواصلة العمل التشريعي والرقابي داخل البرلمان.
