افتتحت الدورة الخامسة والسبعون لمجلس وزراء منظمة تنمية نهر السنغال في 29 ديسمبر / كانون الأول في داكار. بحضور وزير المناجم والطاقة والمياه المالي السيد لامين سيدو تراوري .

أقيم حفل الافتتاح في مركز عبده ضيوف الدولي للمؤتمرات (CICAD) في ديامناديو برئاسة السيد سيرين مباي ثيام وزير المياه والصرف الصحي بجمهورية السنغال ، الرئيس الحالي لمجلس وزراء منظمة تنمية نهرالسنغال، بحضور السيدة صوفي غلاديما ، وزيرة البترول والطاقة في السنغالية
كما حضر هذا الاجتماع السيد عبد السلام ولد محمد صالح وزير البترول والمناجم والطاقة بجمهورية موريتانيا الإسلامية ، والسيد علي سيدوبا سوما وزير الطاقة والهيدروكربونات في غينيا ،والسيد محمد عبد الفتاح. المفوض السامي للمنظمة.

ويأتي اجتماع مجلس وزراء المنظمة عقب الجلسة التشغيلية للخبراء التي عقدت في 26 و 27 و 28 ديسمبر 2022.
ستخصص هذه الجلسة بشكل أساسي لفحص تقارير الأنشطة لعام 2022 وبرامج الأنشطة ومشروع الميزانيات للمفوض السامي وشركات الإدارة ، ولا سيما شركة SOGED (شركة إدارة سد دياما) ، وشركة SOGEM (شركة Manantali و Félou و Gouina Dam Management Company. ) ، SOGENAV (شركة إدارة الملاحة النهرية في السنغال واستغلالها) و SOGEOH (شركة إدارة الطاقة لأعمال حوض نهر السنغال العلوي) للسنة المالية 2023.

تأسست منظمة تنمية نهر السنغال في مارس 1972 ، وهي منظمة مشتركة بين الدول وتضم غينيا ومالي وموريتانيا والسنغال. ومؤتمر رؤساء الدول والحكومات ، الجهاز الأعلى للمنظمة يترأسه حاليًا سعادة العقيد أسيمي غويتا رئيس المرحلة الانتقالية في مالي .
