النيابة المالية في السنغال تكشف الحصيلة الأولى: ضبط 15 مليار فرنك إفريقي في قضايا فساد
في خطوة تعكس تصعيدًا ملموسًا في الحرب ضد الفساد المالي، كشف المدعي العام للنيابة المالية عبد الله عليون سيلا، اليوم الخميس 17 أبريل، عن حصيلة أولية للتحقيقات الجارية في إطار مكافحة الجرائم الاقتصادية والمالية في البلاد.
وأوضح المدعي أن القيمة الإجمالية للأموال المصادرة أو المدفوعة كضمانات في الملفات قيد النظر بلغت 15 مليار فرنك إفريقي، إلى جانب حجز 92 مركبة، واستعادة 11 سندًا عقاريًا، وتسجيل اثنين آخرين باسم الدولة بشكل مؤقت، فضلًا عن حجز عدد من القوارب والمحركات.
كما أشار إلى أن عدد الأشخاص المعنيين بهذه القضايا بلغ 262، موزعين على 292 ملفًا مفتوحًا حتى الآن، في مؤشر على اتساع دائرة التحقيقات.
وكشف عبد الله عليون سيلا أن النيابة المالية تلقت 20 تقريرًا من الهيئة الوطنية لمعالجة المعلومات المالية (CENTIF)، و8 تقارير من مكتب مكافحة الغش والفساد (OFNAC)، ما ساهم في تغذية الملفات والتحقيقات الجارية.
ويأتي هذا التصريح في إطار سياسة الانفتاح والتواصل، في محاولة لتعزيز الشفافية القضائية وترسيخ مبدأ المحاسبة في مجال الحوكمة العامة.
