‎ المجلس الدستوري يؤكد إجراء الانتخابات الرئاسية في 24 مارس الجاري تماشيا مع قرار رئيس الجمهورية

‎– أكد المجلس الدستوري، اليوم الخميس، إجراء الانتخابات الرئاسية في 24 مارس الجاري، تنفيذا لمراسيم رئيس الجمهورية التي أخطر بها المحكمة العليا، حسبما علمنا من مصدر رسمي.

‎، وأشار المجلس الدستوري في بيان صحفي نشره اليوم إلى إجراء الانتخابات الرئاسية يوم الأحد 24 مارس 2024 واستدعاء الناخبين لهذا الغرض.

‎وبما أن تحديد موعد الانتخابات ودعوة الهيئة الانتخابية يقع ضمن الصلاحيات القانونية لرئيس الجمهورية، فإن المجلس الدستوري يعلن أن الاقتراع لانتخاب رئيس الجمهورية سيجرى يوم 24 مارس 2024.

‎ويأتي هذا الإعلان من المجلس غداة قرار رئيس الجمهورية تحديد موعد الانتخابات الرئاسية في 24 مارس، إثر قرار أعلنه المجلس الدستوري باقتراح تاريخ 31 مارس الجاري لتنظيم التصويت.
