الكويت: نتائج انتخابات البرلمان .. غياب للمرأة وغالبية النواب جدد

أظهرت النتائج الرسمية والنهائية لانتخابات مجلس الأمة (البرلمان) الكويتي، التي أعلنت الأحد، دخول 31 وجها جديدا للبرلمان بنسبة تغيير 62%، مع غياب تام للمرأة، فلم تفز أي مرشحة.
جاء ذلك وفق النتائج التي أعلنها رؤساء اللجان في الدوائر الانتخابية الخمس التي جرت بها الانتخابات والموزعة على كامل أرجاء البلاد، بحسب ما بثه التلفزيون الكويتي الرسمي.
وبحسب النتائج المعلنة للسباق الذي جرى السبت، أخفق التجمع الإسلامي السلفي للمرة الثانية على التوالي في التمثيل داخل مجلس الأمة، في حين نجحت الحركة الدستورية الإسلامية (حدس) (الإخوان المسلمون) في الفوز بـ3 مقاعد في البرلمان.
فيما ثبت التمثيل الشيعي عند 6 نواب (من إجمالي 50 هم عدد النواب المنتخبين لمجلس الأمة)، رغم تبدل الوجوه.
وتنافس على مقاعد البرلمان 326 مرشحا، بينهم 28 امرأة في الدوائر الخمس، فيما يحق لـ567 ألفا و694 ناخبا التصويت.
والدوائر الانتخابية مقسمة إلى 5، بحيث يختار الكويتيون 10 مرشحين في كل دائرة، ليصبح العدد النهائي من المقاعد 50 مقعدا.
وجرى الاقتراع وفق إجراءات فرضتها وزارة الصحة على المقترعين بسبب جائحة كورونا، أبرزها ارتداء الكمامات وقياس درجة الحرارة قبل دخول اللجان، ومنع التجمعات، والحفاظ على التباعد البدني، وتحديد مسارات للدخول والخروج، بحسب مراسل الأناضول.
ويتمتع مجلس الأمة بسلطات تشريعية ورقابية قوية، ويمكن لأي نائب استجواب رئيس الوزراء أو أي من الوزراء.
كما يمكن للنواب حجب الثقة عن أي وزير، وهو ما يوجب إقالته أو إعلان عدم التعاون مع الحكومة، ليحال الأمر في هذه الحالة للأمير الذي قد يقيل الحكومة أو يحل البرلمان.
