العدالة على صفيح ساخن: إضراب جديد لـ48 ساعة بعد فشل الحوار بين الحكومة والنقابات

أعلنت تنسيقية نقابتي SYTJUST وUNTJ الدخول في إضراب جديد لمدة 48 ساعة يومي الخميس 3 والجمعة 4 يوليو 2025، احتجاجًا على ما وصفته بـ”استمرار الظلم داخل الوظيفة العمومية”، في ظل جمود الحوار مع الحكومة.

ويأتي هذا القرار عقب لقاء عُقد يوم 1 يوليو بين ممثلي النقابات ووزير الوظيفة العمومية ورئيس المجلس الأعلى للحوار الاجتماعي. لكن، ووفقًا لبيان صادر عن التنسيقية، فإن الاجتماع لم يسفر عن أي تقدم ملموس.

وأكد البيان أن “الطرف الحكومي لم يقدّم أي مقترحات جدية”، متهمًا وزارة الوظيفة العمومية بـ”سوء تفسير النصوص القانونية”، الأمر الذي يُعقّد الوصول إلى حلول تفاوضية.

ووصفت التنسيقية الوضع بـ”المأزوم”، منتقدة تجاهل المطالب المتكررة للعمال، ودعت كافة منسوبي قطاع العدالة إلى البقاء في حالة تعبئة وصمود من أجل الدفاع عن حقوقهم وكرامتهم.

ورغم تصاعد التوتر، شدّدت النقابتان على استعدادهما للحوار، بشرط أن يكون “صادقًا” ومبنيًا على حلول عملية لإنهاء حالة الاحتقان التي تُخيّم منذ أشهر على قطاع العدالة في البلاد.
