السنغال: عثمان سونكو ينتقد “غياب السلطة” ويوجّه رسائل مباشرة إلى الرئيس بشير جوماي فاي
أطلق رئيس الوزراء السنغالي، عثمان سونكو، مساء الخميس، سلسلة من التصريحات القوية خلال تنصيب المجلس الوطني لحزبه “باستيف”، منتقدًا بشكل علني أداء السلطة التنفيذية، ومشيرًا إلى ما وصفه بـ”مشكلة عميقة في السلطة” على مستوى قيادة الدولة.
وقال سونكو: “السنغال لا تعاني من مشاكل كبيرة، سوى غياب السلطة. إذا كانوا لا يعرفون كيف يحكمون، فليتركوني أقوم بالمهمة”، في تصريح عكس تصاعد التوتر بينه وبين رئيس الجمهورية، بشير جوماي فاي.
وبينما شدد على صداقته وعلاقته الأخوية بالرئيس، أبدى سونكو أسفه لما يراه “تقصيراً” في اتخاذ قرارات حاسمة. وأضاف: “ذهبت إليه وقلت له إن لديه السلطة لإيقاف ما يجري. لكنه لم يفعل بعد. لو كنت مكانه، لما سارت الأمور بهذه الطريقة”، في إشارة واضحة إلى خلافات جوهرية في نهج الحُكم.
ورفض سونكو محاولات تصوير العلاقة بينه وبين الرئيس في إطار “ثنائية الخير والشر”، قائلاً: “من يظن أنني أنا السيئ وهو الجيد، فهو مخطئ”، مشيرًا إلى وجود عراقيل أمام عمله كرئيس للحكومة، ومضيفًا: “اتركوني أحكم! الأمور ستتغير، فأنا لا أحتمل الظلم”.
وردًا على الشائعات المتداولة حول استقالته المحتملة، قال: “لن أستقيل. لكن إذا رأى الرئيس أنني لم أعد أصلح لرئاسة الحكومة، فله أن يقيلني، وسأعود إلى الجمعية الوطنية”.
كما اشتكى سونكو من “ازدواجية المعايير” في التعامل مع الانتقادات الموجهة إليه مقارنة بتلك التي تطال الرئيس، مشيرًا إلى أن المهاجمين له لا يُحاسبون، بينما تُتخذ إجراءات فورية عند انتقاد الرئيس، مضيفًا: “ثم يقولون إنني أنا من يقف خلف ذلك”.
وفي ختام كلمته، دعا سونكو إلى تنظيم داخلي صارم داخل الحزب، وتعزيز التنسيق بين كوادر “باستيف” ومؤسسات الدولة، مُحذرًا: “لا بد أن يسود النظام في هذا البلد. لأن استمرار الوضع الحالي لن يسمح لنا بالبقاء في السلطة طويلًا”.
