السنغال تُنشئ خلية جديدة للتعاون مع الشرق الأوسط وآسيا داخل رئاسة الحكومة

أعلنت الحكومة السنغالية، يوم الخميس 3 يوليو 2025، عن إنشاء خلية جديدة داخل رئاسة الحكومة، تتولى تنسيق التعاون بين السنغال ودول ومؤسسات الشرق الأوسط وبقية دول آسيا، وذلك تنفيذًا لتوجيهات رئاسية تهدف إلى تعزيز الدبلوماسية الاقتصادية والانفتاح على شركاء استراتيجيين في الشرق.

وجاء هذا الإعلان في بيان مجلس الوزراء الذي ترأسه رئيس الحكومة عثمان سونكو، حيث ذكّر الأخير بوجود توجيه صادر عن رئيس الجمهورية يُكلفه بالإشراف المباشر على ملف التعاون مع هذه المناطق الجغرافية ذات الأهمية المتزايدة.

وأوضح وزير التكوين المهني والناطق باسم الحكومة، أمادو مصطفى سار، أن مشروع مرسوم تنظيمي قيد الإعداد يُفصّل هيكلة وعمل هذه الخلية الجديدة ضمن رئاسة الحكومة، مشيرًا إلى أنها ستُخصص بالكامل لتأطير ومتابعة هذا التعاون المتقدم.

وأضاف سار أن هذه الخطوة تأتي لضمان “تنسيق أمثل لشراكات السنغال الخارجية، والإسهام في إدارة العلاقات الدولية، وتعزيز التبادلات في المجالات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية والبيئية”.

كما أكد أن “الهيكل الجديد من شأنه دعم الدبلوماسية الاقتصادية، ومرافقة القطاع الخاص بفعالية، مع ترسيخ الشفافية كشرط أساسي لتحقيق تنمية مستدامة ذات سيادة وطنية”
