(وكالة الأنباء السنغالية) – اعتمد رئيس الجمهورية ، يوم امس الثلاثاء ، 6 قوانين تضمن استغلال حقول النفط والغاز في السنغال بكل شفافية..وكتب الرئيس في تدوينة له “تم تمرير ما يقرب من 6 قوانين لمواكبة عصر النفط الجديد في السنغال.. وأضاف ماكي سال: هذه هي الترسانة القانونية والمؤسسية والعضوية التي أردت وضعها لإعداد السنغال لتعيش بهدوء مهمتها الجديدة في مجال الهيدروكربونات والمناجم ”.
جاء تصريح الرئيس خلال ترأسه مجلساً رئاسياً حول مشروع القانون المتعلق بتوزيع وإدارة عائدات النفط والغاز في البلاد في المستقبل.
صاغت الحكومة مشروع القانون “على أساس أفضل الممارسات” في هذا المجال ، بحسب رئيس الدولة. وقال: “أردنا التعلم من نجاحات وأخطاء هذه التجارب” من تجارب الدول الأخرى المنتجة للنفط والغاز. وقال ماكي سال: إن المجلس الرئاسي الذي يرأسه يوفر فرصة للتفكير في “مسؤوليتنا المشتركة للتعامل بهدوء وهدوء” لاستغلال حقول النفط والغاز المكتشفة في السنغال.
