الرئيس ماكي صال يهاتف غويتا ويؤيد حلا تفاوضيا لأزمة مالي
هاتف الرئيس السنغالي الرئيس الدوري للاتحاد الإفريقي ماكي صال، الرئيس الانتقالي المالي عاصيمي غويتا، عشية زيارة مرتقبة لوسيط المجموعة الاقتصادية لدول غرب إفريقيا إلى مالي.
وأعرب ماكي صال في تغريدة على “تويتر” أعلن فيها محادثته الهاتفية مع غويتا، عن تأييده “استئناف الحوار من أجل حل تفاوضي للأزمة في مالي”.
ويرتقب أن يحل غدا بالعاصمة باماكو وسيط “إيكواس” في الأزمة المالية، رئيس نيجيريا السابق غودلاك جوناثان بحثا عن التوصل إلى اتفاق مشترك مع السلطات الانتقالية المالية حول خارطة طريق للخروج من الأزمة التي تعيشها البلاد.
وتعد هذه الزيارة الثانية لوسيط المجموعة غرب الإفريقية، منذ تصويت “المجلس الوطني الانتقالي” في مالي بالإجماع في 21 فبراير الماضي، على توصية “الجلسات الوطنية لإعادة التأسيس” التي تنص على أن مدة الفترة الانتقالية قد تصل 5 سنوات.
وعلى إثر هذه المدة، كانت “إيكواس” والاتحاد الاقتصادي والنقدي لدول غرب إفريقيا قد فرضا، منذ يناير الماضي عقوبات اقتصادية ودبلوماسية على مالي، بينها إغلاق الحدود، ووقف التبادلات التجارية، وتجميد الأصول المالية.
