أعلن رئيس الجمعية الوطنية السنغالية، أمادو مام ديوب، عن دعوة النواب لحضور الجلسة الاستثنائية الثانية لهذا العام، والتي ستُعقد يوم الخميس في تمام الساعة العاشرة صباحًا. يأتي هذا الاجتماع بعد أن أصدر رئيس الدولة، باسيرو ديومايي فاي، مرسومًا يدعو النواب لمناقشة مشروع تعديل دستوري يهدف إلى إلغاء المجلس الأعلى للجماعات المحلية (HCCT) والمجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والبيئي (CESE). هذه الجلسة تأتي في سياق التغييرات السياسية المهمة التي تشهدها السنغال، مما يعكس أهمية هذه التعديلات في إطار التطورات الدستورية.
