أُدين جميع المشجعين السنغاليين الثمانية عشر الذين اعتُقلوا في المغرب خلال نهائي كأس الأمم الأفريقية 2025. حُكم على تسعة منهم بالسجن لمدة عام وغرامة قدرها 5000 درهم لكل منهم، أي ما يعادل 325,000 فرنك أفريقي تقريبًا.
وتلقى ستة آخرون أحكامًا بالسجن لمدة ستة أشهر وغرامات قدرها 2000 درهم (125,000 فرنك أفريقي)، بينما حُكم على ثلاثة بالسجن لمدة ثلاثة أشهر وغرامة قدرها 1200 درهم (75,000 فرنك أفريقي) لكل منهم.
وقد حظيت القضية بتغطية إعلامية واسعة في المغرب. استخدمت صحيفة “Le360″، إحدى أبرز وسائل الإعلام في البلاد، أسلوبًا دقيقًا في اختيار كلماتها، متجنبةً مصطلح “المشجع”. وكتبت الصحيفة: “السجن لـ18 مشجعًا سنغاليًا مثيرًا للشغب”. ووفقًا لـ”Le360″، قُدّرت الأضرار المادية التي تسبب بها هؤلاء المشجعون السنغاليون خلال نهائي كأس الأمم الأفريقية 2025 بنحو أربعة ملايين درهم، أو ما يقارب 245 مليون فرنك أفريقي، “بما في ذلك مقاعد ممزقة، ومعدات مدمرة، وبنية تحتية متضررة”.
من جانبها، نددت صحيفة “يابيلادي” بالغضب الشعبي في السنغال وعلى مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي إزاء قسوة الأحكام الصادرة بحق هؤلاء المشجعين السنغاليين الثمانية عشر. وجاء في المقال: “أثار الحكم عليهم بالسجن (…) غضبًا واسعًا على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في السنغال. ومع ذلك، تتوافق هذه الأحكام مع قرارات القضاء المغربي بشأن العنف المرتبط بكرة القدم”. بحسب هذه الصحيفة المغربية، فإنّ دراسة القضايا المغربية السابقة تُظهر أن “هذه الأحكام ليست استثناءً ولا تشديدًا غير مسبوق للقانون ضدّ المشجعين الأجانب، بل هي جزء من ممارسة راسخة للمحاكم المغربية في التعامل مع أعمال العنف المرتبطة بكرة القدم”.
وتشير “يابلادي” إلى أنه خلال الخمسة عشر عامًا الماضية، حُكم على العديد من المشجعين المغاربة الذين اعتُقلوا خلال أعمال عنف في الملاعب بالسجن، وبلغت مدة بعض الأحكام ثلاث سنوات. وتضيف الصحيفة: “تتراوح الأحكام الصادرة بين ثلاثة أشهر واثني عشر شهرًا، وهي ضمن النطاق المعتاد الذي تتبعه المحاكم المغربية في مثل هذه الجرائم، ولا تتجاوز العقوبات المفروضة على مواطنين مغاربة لارتكابهم أفعالًا مماثلة. بل إنّ بعض الأحكام في قضايا سابقة كانت أشدّ قسوة”. ومن المثير للدهشة أن اثنتين من أكبر وسائل الإعلام المغربية، وهما “ميديا 24” و”ماروك ميديا”، لم تُشيرا إلى الحكم الصادر بحقّ المشجعين السنغاليين. وعلى النقيض من ذلك، تظهر على كلا الموقعين الإلكترونيين تصريحات سمير سوبها، عضو الاتحاد الأفريقي لكرة القدم ورئيس الاتحاد الموريشي لكرة القدم، يناشد فيها المغرب الصفح بعد “الظلم” الذي حدث خلال نهائي كأس الأمم الأفريقية
