صدر التوجيه الكريم بتخفيف وتقصير مدة خطبتَي وصلاة الجمعة في الحرمَيْن الشريفَيْن؛ لتكون في حدود ١٥ دقيقة.
وتضمن التوجيه الكريم بتأخير الأذان الأول؛ لتكون المدة بينه وبين الأذان الثاني ١٠ دقائق.
وسيتم العمل بموجب هذا التوجيه الكريم ابتداءً من خطبة اليوم الجمعة ١٤٤٥/١٢/١٥هـ، حتى نهاية فصل الصيف.
