مفاوضات صندوق النقد الدولي والسنغال في واشنطن: وزارة المالية تُعلن عن التوصّل إلى اتفاق
أعلنت وزارة المالية والميزانية، يوم الأربعاء، عن تحقيق تقارب واضح في المواقف بين الحكومة السنغالية وصندوق النقد الدولي، عقب اللقاء الذي جمع وزير المالية، الشيخ ديبا، بالمديرة العامة للصندوق، كريستالينا جورجيفا، في العاصمة الأميركية واشنطن، في إطار المناقشات الرامية إلى إبرام برنامج جديد للتعاون المالي بين الطرفين.
وجاء في البيان الصادر عن الوزارة أنّ الاجتماع عكس انسجامًا في الرؤى حول الخطوات المقبلة، من بينها عقد جلسة للمجلس التنفيذي للصندوق في المرحلة التالية من العملية، من أجل البَتّ في مسألة التقارير غير الدقيقة والمصادقة على البرنامج الجديد.
وأضاف البيان أن المفاوضات أسفرت عن التزامات متبادلة بين الجانبين، وأن الفريقين الفنيين من السنغال وصندوق النقد سيعملان معًا على إعداد الملف تمهيدًا لعرضه على المجلس التنفيذي. كما أُعلن عن زيارة مرتقبة لبعثة من صندوق النقد الدولي إلى داكار الأسبوع المقبل لاستكمال ما بدأ في واشنطن من أعمال فنية وتنسيقية.
ورحب الوزير الشيخ ديبا وأعضاء الوفد السنغالي بموقف المديرة العامة كريستالينا جورجيفا، ولا سيما تصريحاتها الأخيرة عقب الاجتماع غير الرسمي للمجلس التنفيذي المنعقد في 3 أكتوبر 2025، والتي أكدت فيها دعم الصندوق للإصلاحات الاقتصادية في السنغال.
وختم بيان الوزارة بالتأكيد على أن الطرفين ملتزمان بفتح صفحة جديدة في الشراكة بين السنغال وصندوق النقد الدولي، في إطارٍ من الشفافية والتفاهم المتبادل لضمان استقرار الاقتصاد السنغالي واستدامة
