مالي: عشرات القتلى في معارك بين الجيش ومسلحين بالشمال.

أعلنت هيئة الأركان العامة للجيوش المالية، مقتل 8 جنود وجرح 14 واختفاء 5 آخرين، فضلا عن تدمير سيارتين، وذلك خلال معارك وصفتها ب”العنيفة”، وقعت أمس بين وحدة من القوات المسلحة المالية، ومسلحين مجهولين.
وأوضح بيان صادر عن هيئة الأركان المالية، أن الطيران التابع للقوات المسلحة المالية تدخل، ونفذ ضربات جوية مكنت من “مقتل أرتال من راكبي الدراجات النارية، كانوا يحاولون التغلب على الوحدة” العسكرية.
وأضاف البيان أن عملية تمشيط لمسرح الهجوم، الذي وقع في “قطاع أرشام غربي تسيت” بولاية غاو، مكنت من “إحصاء 57 إرهابيا تم القضاء عليهم، فضلا عن تدمير بعض المعدات”.
وأشاد البيان ب”شجاعة وبسالة القوات المسلحة المالية”، مضيفا “أن لا شيء سيوقف كفاحها المستميت من أجل عودة السلام والطمأنينة”.
وأعلنت وكالة الأنباء الرسمية المالية أمس، مقتل نحو 40 مدنيا في سلسلة هجمات شمالي البلاد وقعت في وقت سابق من الشهر الجاري، نفذها مسلحون قدموا على متن نحو 50 دراجة نارية و8 سيارات شحن عليها شعار “جماعة نصرة الإسلام والمسلمين” التي يقودها إياد أغ غالي.
واستولى المسلحون خلال هذه الهجمات على “3 سيارات، وآلاف الماشية وبعض الطعام، كما نهبوا مركزا صحيا ومتاجر محلية قبل إضرام النار فيها” فضلا على “تخريب خزان مياه” بإحدى البلدات.
وعلى إثر التهديدات التي تلقاها سكان القرى المستهدفة، نزح الآلاف من منازلهم للاحتماء في بلدة غاو شمالي البلاد، فيما فر آخرون إلى النيجر.
