ماكي سال يتنحى عن قيادة حزب التحالف من أجل الجمهورية
أكد الرئيس السابق للسنغال، ماكي سال، قراره بالتخلي عن مسؤولياته السياسية داخل حزب التحالف من أجل الجمهورية (APR) لفترة غير محددة. وأعلن ذلك بنفسه في تصريح لمجلة “ConfidentielDakar”، حيث طلب إعفاءه من المهام اليومية للحزب مع توليه منصب “الرئيس الشرفي”.
على الرغم من أنه لا يعتزل الحياة السياسية بالكامل، إلا أن ماكي سال يعتزم التركيز على أنشطته الدولية، وفقًا لما أوردته المجلة. ومن المتوقع أن يُعقد مؤتمر جديد في بداية عام 2025 لإقرار هذا التغيير الجوهري داخل الحزب الذي كان في السلطة.
وبحسب تقارير، عُقد اجتماع صغير الأسبوع الماضي بناءً على طلب ماكي سال لوضع خطة تشمل إنشاء أمانة دائمة لتسيير أنشطة الحزب، بالإضافة إلى تعيين منسق يتولى إدارة شؤون الحزب في غياب الرئيس السابق. لكن هذه المهمة تبدو معقدة بسبب التنافس والطموحات داخل الحزب.
يُذكر أن هذا التغيير قد تم التلميح إليه منذ المؤتمر الاستثنائي في ديسمبر 2023، مما يمهد لمرحلة جديدة في تاريخ الحزب.
